Grand Fiesta Americana

Angelina set us up in a stunning resort. The bed was very comfortable. The cleaning service kept our room spotless and neat. The view from our suite was incredible!! The staff kept our room filled with drinks and snacks. The room service was amazing. The resort is so big, you traveled by golf cart. There was never a wait though, you called for one and by the time you walked outside, one was there. The beach was beautiful to look at but not swim due to the strong currents and having a rocky shoreline. The sand is not smooth, it's extremely rough. We ended up taking an excursion called " A beach day in Cabo" to another beach where we were able to swim and snorkel. This also included a boat ride and tequila tasting. It was a very fun day!! The trip was a success, and we are very grateful to Angelina for taking care of us!!!

Celebrating 30 Years of Marriage

Angelina was and is truly AMAZING! She was very professional, patient and understanding. She really made it a point to focus on what I was looking for on this trip. Due to the pandemic, I was a bit unsettled & chose to cancel only to call her back 2 weeks later to set it up again. She was so understanding & made sure I was comfortable. She said, "I'm here for you & whatever you want and need me to do, I will do it". Her hands on approach & how she honed in on details was over the top & greatly appreciared. I would mention something in a general conversation & she made it a point to add it to our itinerary for things of interest. Becsuse of that & the personal touch with the itinerary, it took out the guess work. She even got us better flights the 2nd time round. We had an AMAZING time & it was the perfect spot. My trip was originally supposed to be with a group of friends traveling for my birthday. Ms. Reese created a group on a messaging app to make it easy for us to chat with her and communicate with each other about the planning. Unfortunately my party slowly decreased until it turned into a solo trip. My first solo trip outside of the country. I was supposed to be going in October but the hurricane hit in Florida which is where my connecting flight was so we had to cancel and then reschedule. Ms. Reese was supportive and couldn't have made any of the transitions any easier for me which decreased my stress about it all. When it came time for the rescheduled trip, she assisted me with getting into Club Mobay which was great and made my airport wait times pleasurable. She also called the resort ahead of time to alert staff that I was a solo traveler and request that I have a room that wasn't too far away for safety reasons. The trip itself was fantastic! But once on the flight back to my hometown, we ran into inclement weather and were forced to land in another city. It was late at night and Ms. Reese still took time out to call and check on me when she got the alert about the flight. This was my first time using a travel agent and I would definitely do it again.

Great Girls Trip

I want to thank Angelina Hall-Reese of Travel Angel Planner, LLC for helping us with travel to and hotel accommodations in Hawaii May 2021. We flew Delta Airlines and stayed at Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort in an ocean front room in the Ali’i tower. She provided us with up to date information regarding Covid travel in Hawaii, links to sites to register and where to get tested. She also gave information on our hotel accommodations and nearby places to eat. Prior to leaving, she gave each of us a goodie bag that had luggage tag, check list on what to pack and a flower lei (great personal touch).
