Mendy did an excellent job for us. She was very knowledgeable about the area that we were traveling in Austria. She was very prompt at providing information and our trip experience was flawless.

Mendy came up with an excellent alternative cruise destination to Alaska after our original Western Caribbean cruise out of Galveston cruise was cancelled due to COVID-19. The Alaskan cruise turned out to be a better way to start our retirement! In addition, Mendy has been wonderful to work with in setting up additional cruises for the upcoming year . She has been great at listening to our traveling interests AND provided excellent suggestions for other cruises to consider. In addition she has also provided useful information for other traveling experiences and even given us 'heads up' regarding up-to-date COVID-19 requirements to the places we plan to travel to. She is thorough and provides "full service" traveling advice and support!

Mendy has assisted us in two major trips. We really appreciated her knowledge of the best tour guides for the local areas we visited. We had tours that were memorable due to the quality of the tour company in both Las Vegas (Grand Canyon) and Panama City, Panama.

She was very flexible in suggesting activities and than shaping the activities to fit our needs. The variety of activities allows us to look at the potential activities and than select what is best for us and our unique needes.

Booking our hotel, flights, museum passes, and travel arrangements saved me HOURS of time and she created a plan that was tailored to our likes and travel style. Mendy was great to work with. Although I'm an experienced traveler, I needed help building a multi-country trip over a fairly short timeframe for a family vacation. I gave Mendy my basic travel itinerary and she suggested places to visit that I hadn't thought of or didn't know about and I was able to make changes and fine-tune the trip based on her advice. My main two requests for Mendy was to help select multi-city flights for a family of four, then book our hotels and guest houses to fit the mainland Europe part of the trip. She ran all her selections past me first and I was able to confirm them or ask for alternate options, which she found. We ended being happy with all hotel/guesthouse locations, the flights met our needs and the trip was a big success. Throughout the planning and booking process Mendy provided the level of support I needed in pulling this complex trip off.

Mendy listened to us well from the start, tailored our trip to our particular plans and preferences (room size over luxury, plenty of down time, etc.), and did a ton of background work so that we had all the information we needed, at each step, about sites, trains, and even local buses. She made planning a two-week trip through Europe simple and pleasant for us, and with everything lined up so carefully, the trip went splendidly. This was our first time working with a travel agent, and if I get to take another such trip again I will definitely go to an agent again rather than doing all the research and planning myself. And I will go straight to Mendy!

Mendy helped plan our entire trip to Paris including flights, hotel and several guided tours. She was always very responsive and did extra research on the catacombs for us. And, the small group tour to Normandy she suggested was wonderful. Will definitely be working with her again!

Mendy was so helpful. We were concerned about traveling so far away and not getting a real Italian experience but Mendy took care of everything. The cities we visited, the anthemic hotels we stayed at, the “have to see” attractions, and information to prepare for trip were all spot on. She ensured this once in a life time trip was perfect. Mendy was great to work with and very patient with me. Our trip to Greece was actually supposed to be a trip last December to Miami Beach for my birthday. My daughter got Covid and so we had to cancel and ended up with a credit which we utilized to go to Greece instead. Mendy worked hard to transfer our credits and arrange a fabulous itinerary. Then, a month before we were scheduled to go, I got spooked by the US putting Greece on the do not travel list because of the delta variant. Mendy spent a lot of time checking for me to see about refunds, credits, etc. and then we decided to go anyway and I am soooo glad we did. The only hotel we didn't love was the one hotel that I picked out! So we called her from Greece and she worked on helping us switch hotels, which we didn't end up doing anyway. I guess you could say I was a high maintenance traveler but she went above and beyond to make our trip the best vacation I've ever had.

Mendy's suggestion that my husband and I take a Viking cruise was just the start of a wonderful trip experience. She provided specific information, such as having a trip medical insurance policy to including 2 days in Amerstam before our cruise began so that we could recover from jet lag. During the months of trip planning, Mendy made airline arrangements, getting us the best seats available, taking into consideration our needs, and minimizing layovers in our flight plan. She made us her priority! Mendy contacted us with any flight updates as well as was excited for us as we approached the start of our trip. My husband and I really appreciate that Mendy listens to what we want to experience in a trip and then goes to work to provide that experience.
