The only problem we had was with our accommodations in that we didn't need a 'suite' in Phoenix or a $300 a night room in Sedona. It was our understanding that we had booked standard rooms. As it was, with the incipient 4-8" snowfall, we returned south and ate the $300 for the second night. Because of returning a day early., we h ad to pay for an extra night in Phoenix. Travel insurance would probably not have covered the extra night , likely resulting in a wash anyway.

She is very knowledgable and has great suggestions to improve our idea of what we want on our trip. American Airline did a great job getting us to our destination and back. Hanna got assigned seats on the plane which were very good. I like the fact that she does that for us so we do not need to do it at the airport when checking in.

We had a wonderful time, the girls loved both islands, but I think their favorite one was Kauai. They did some ziplining and we went to the canyon, which was absolutely beautiful. The hotel there was fabulously decorated for Christmas and the 2 breakfasts that were included, worked out great – excellent buffet!! I loved the ocean there more, due to the volcanic rock. Maui was nice too, the girls went to Molikini for snorkeling. We went on a boat that held 30-40 people, I would definitely recommend that, verses the boats that hold 100+ people. Saw some baby whales and tails of mama whales while on that boat too. The luau at the hotel (Drums of the Pacific) was nice, the show the men put on with fire batons was awesome.

1st time cruise, called and set up appointment with Hannah. We knew we wanted to go to Alaska in July. She was great at listening to our questions, recommended day excursions, was helpful choosing our suite and placement on the ship since I was recovering from foot surgery. Staff on ship were awesome, very helpful, food was wonderful. After this trip I know there will be more in our future and we will continue to book through Hannah.

No problems, resort was really nice, just right for us, extra night at a different resort because of a plane issue was OK for us we had no plans that were interrupted.

Relaxing....and that is what I was looking for!

This past trip was one we decided on just a day before we were heading out on the trip of a lifetime, also with Hanna's help. Literally with one day before heading to New Zealand, we called Hanna to put together this fall trip up the NE coast and into Canada. She was able to get pricing and a stateroom we wanted, and all turned around in less than 24 hours. Now, I wouldn't recommend this type of turn around, but if you have a quick decision to be made, you better have someone like Hanna on your side helping you make it happen. Not only did she get it done, but it was also at a price less expensive than friends we were going with who had arranged the trip on their own with the cruise line. As with all of our trips planned with Hanna, it was fantastic and all without a wrinkle.

Hanna was involved from the beginning stages to our final booking; she was prompt with her answers to all of our questions and kept us informed on any changes. There were 10 people traveling in our group and she was attentive to all travelers. A few call outs for any future travelers to Italy have local currency or a debit card with a 4-digit pin to get local currency, also if traveling on bus tour know what the tipping recommendations are prior to ensure you have the correct currency as tipping is cash only.

OCEAN RIVIERA PARADISE RESORT\Playa del Carmen We've used Hanna for 5-6 years now for Mexican vacations and cruises. We picked out a few but she recommended a really good resort at a good price. It's probably the largest and nicest we have been to. It was very well run and the beach was great, we like to walk so there were plenty of unobstructed miles of beach to explore. First time we've stayed at an H10 owned resort, their bars and restaurants were all great. They have an upgrade Privilege option that she set us up with and it was nice to get the extra attention at check in and extra perks including restaurants, bars, complementary spa time and deck areas limited to Privilege guests so we always had chairs and umbrellas.

When you travel, especially overseas and for that once in a lifetime trip, it is paramount to use an expert. You are paying a lot of money and you not only want to do it right, but you want to ensure you are getting the best deals and bang for your buck. You also want to ensure you stay in places that come highly recommended and not in a place that would be questionable. Hanna kept track of our trip as the months and weeks were leading up to departure, to ensure we had all the needed information, like passports were up to date, travel visas and declarations for the countries we were traveling too. You want someone in your corner, and Hanna was that person. Thank you!
