Having never been to Disney before, I consider myself so lucky to have found Katrina she walked me through the entire process. Katrina was also so quick to respond to me by phone or text. I highly recommend anyone to work with Katrina she was absolutely fantastic. I definitely plan to work with her again in the future. I also want to add that her thoughtfulness did not end after my trip, she also checked up on me while I was on vacation to make sure everything was ok. Katrina definitely goes above and beyond.

Katrina was incredibly helpful with arranging our Disney vacation. I haven't been to Disney World since 2010 and so much has changed. I'm not sure I could have coordinated everything on my own or that I would have wanted to. She helped to price hotels for a party of 8, make sure we had all our tickets, find the best deals, and even remind me when to book our reservations. Not only did she promptly respond, but she is professional, helpful, and quick to answer any questions I had. Thoroughly enjoyed the service Katrina provided for my recent trip to Universal! Katrina did extra research for us and got a great deal for us at Universal.
