First Ever Cruise!

It was great working with Nancy!
She helped me from start to finish, and kept me well informed throughout the entire process. It was a relief for me to NOT have to worry about booking hotel/cruise/transportation...Nancy handled it all! She also provided a great idea (making my Disney cruise a combo, with a short stay at WDW resort at a Disney property that I'd always wanted to stay at).
Overall a great experience & we will work with Nancy again for our future Disney trips!

I randomly came across Nancy while searching for a travel agent online. I was booking my honeymoon and really hadn't traveled on my own out of the country before, both my wife & I had only traveled with family, so I was hoping to work with someone who could guide me through things and make me feel comfortable with the process of traveling.
Nancy did exactly that, I asked way too many questions, most of them stupid/obvious but she answered every single one in a clear and prompt fashion, and helped me feel comfortable with the process while helping us find a great place to stay that was within our budget. She even managed to get us 2 FREE days, business class flights & preferred club status at our resort!
We traveled during hurricane season (We got to DR 2 days after Irma hit, and left 1 day before Maria hit), and I would honestly have had a heart attack had Nancy not been emailing me with updates on the weather and letting me know she was paying attention & had a plan for us!

Calm through a Crisis

A large group of us were planning an unforgettable Senior Trip for our girls and families. Nancy helped us narrow down our search and find a fabulous resort that met everyone's "Must Have" list. Unfortunately the pandemic escalated and the border to Mexico closed prior to our departure. Nancy managed the COVID-19 crisis with grace and expertise. She was able to negotiate a full refund from Delta Vacations. Her communication throughout the dynamic situation was incredible. Looked like an amazing resort

Nancy planned our spring break this year for Rivera Maya. We were going as a big group for our High School Seniors. She did a great job coordinating the trip and finding us a resort with everything we were looking for. Unfortunately, with Covid-19 everything was canceled. We all got a prompt and full refund.

Nancy Winter was outstanding - She really was with us every step of the way. I have traveled significantly but would not have done this on my own nearly as well - you need Nancy! Most of the excursions were sold out but Nancy was able to shift things around which allowed us to do all the things we wanted (dog sledding/Skagway train). Her knowledge of Alaska was super helpful as it is quite unique. She reminded me to do check-ins and mailed us needed documents to all travelers in our group which helped as every one is so busy. Our trip was awesome and Nancy Winter made that happen.

Gorgeous Jamaican sunsets

Nancy gave us multiple options for a warm getaway & had great advice when we asked which area of Jamaica she would recommend. Our resort was in the Bloody Bay which was beautiful to say the least. The water was calm & you could walk out into the water quite a ways & it only be up to your shoulders. We were able to spend more time on the beach than at the pools because it wasn’t as windy as other places we’ve traveled to.

Our Best Cruise Ever

Our first meeting with Nancy resulted in a completely booked cruise with a very busy American Cruise Line trip. She is totally professional, efficient, kind, understanding and we could go on and on. The trip was perfect in every respect. We have never been treated better on the cruise we booked as we discovered that the American Queen riverboats really have their act together. Throughout the pandemic we have moved new reservations and made changes in hopes that the virus would go away but alas it has not. Super relaxing trip to Negril

Nancy planned our first trip to Ocho Rios in Jamaica last year. We enjoyed it so much that we went back to Jamaica again this year, but chose to stay at the RUI Palace in Negril, which had a longer white sand beach situated on a beautiful crystal blue bay. The water was unbelievable. There were multiple activities/excursions available for all ages. Nancy took care of everything including airfare, transportation and hotel. It was painless. No worries and no stress. Everything went very smoothly. It was well organized. The people in Jamaica were extremely warm and welcoming. I will be planning another trip with Nancy next year.

For the non-planner like myself, I loved working with Nancy. I wanted to go to the beach with short-notice and wanted everything included. Fabulous trip

Nancy did a great job finding us a place in Mexico with all our wish lists and under our budget. She even went the extra mile to find an even less expensive rate using FunJet and helped with our other friend to stay and fly with us at the same time.
I would have liked to see us have seats closer to the front of the plane. Maybe there's no way around it that, but perhaps we could have done that ourselves if we knew that picking seats were available.
We did have a bad experience being dropped off and nobody's fault except the transportation company, but they didn't give us our return packet which contained our return time and date pickup. We did try to contact the transportation company but the area code was not on our trip itinerary. So we contacted Nancy who did give us the area code, but that didn't work on our phones so we had to use the phone at the hotel and pay for it. We did have to make several calls to get things straighten out about pick up times. It wasn't easy.

SoCal theme parking & Carnival cruising

I sent Nancy a list of what I wanted to do on a theme park trip to SoCal with a short cruise for just me and my wife. I had already done quite a bit of research on hotels, airlines and the cruise itself, so I knew what I was looking for and what I should be paying. She was able to take my request and plus things up for us. We got a better hotel and a better airline while still staying within our budget.

Amazing Spring Break for a Family w/ Teens

Nancy was amazing to work with; she responded quickly to all of our questions and concerns. She helped us select the perfect resort for our family with teens. The resort was the perfect size for the kids to have their freedom, yet we could easily find them. The variety of food and restaurants was excellent; we had several family dinners, but the kids were also able to explore safely on their own.
