Our travel agent Aimee Langlas who is employed by Travel Leaders / Destinations Unlimited was so helpful in helping us plan our Alaskan Cruise. Our daughters surprised us with the Norwegian Alaskan Cruise for a Christmas gift. Aimee helped our daughters get this wonderful cruise booked then helped us with planning the rest of the trip. Unfortunately the Coronavirus hit and we had to cancel our cruise. Aimee has helped us rebook the cruise and ended up getting us fantastic perks that we would never have known about if we hadn't of gone through the travel agency. She rescheduled our Alaskan cruise, plus she got us a bonus 2nd cruise to the Caribbean. We are looking forward to both of our cruises next year.

Aimee was fantastic. She was able to book us at a fabulous resort that we would not have even considered had we booked on our own. We split our time between the Arenal volcano region and the northern pacific coast and she arranged for private transfer to and from each hotel (about a 3.5 hour car ride each time) as well as transfers to/from the airport. We had an amazing time, but I would say the most value came when our daughter got sick and we had to consider using our trip insurance to come home early. One call to Aimee helped us understand all of our options and make an informed decision. Our daughter ended up being fine and we finished our vacation as planned, but having Aimee to help us understand the options during a scary time was priceless - I've never been so glad I used a travel agent!

Aimee is always accessible... before, during and after a trip. She planned our daughter and son in law’s spectacular Sicilian honeymoon, and took care of accommodations for them when a wildfire forced the evacuation of their hotel.
Aimee is enthusiastic about travel and coordinates trips as if she were traveling herself. We give high praise and five stars to Aimee and Travel Leaders/Destinations Unlimited.

Monkeys and Toucans and Sloths, Oh My! What an amazing adventure I had in Costa Rica. Host Aimee planned and hosted the perfect vacation. I really appreciated how Aimee’s meticulous planning resulted in a stress-free and safe environment for our group. As an added bonus, Aimee and co-host Eddie are caring and fun-loving people and I treasure all the laughs and memories from this trip. Since retiring, I have taken a number of tours to different countries with a variety of travel agencies/companies. My recent trip to South Africa with Aimee Langlas surpassed all my expectations and prior experiences. Aimee took care of every detail, including travel arrangements, a pre-tour Q&A conference call, lovely accommodations and meals, and a variety of amazing experiences with Ntaba African Safaris. It was obvious that Aimee really cares about her tour guests and their enjoyment of all activities.

We traveled with a wonderful, fun group! Aimee had everything prearranged so that we did not have to worry about anything (other than souvenirs). The guides, food and rooms were first rate! We saw many incredible African animals in their natural habitat! The guides provided us with incredible views and information! Aimee did a prfect job of providing us with an outstanding trip!

Wow, this was an A+ trip. We have never used a travel agent; we usually just wing it ourselves. It really was a different experience and made it much more relaxing. We were amazed at how well coordinated the trip was. There was literally not a single moment that we were left wondering when/where our next ride or tour guide would arrive. The people and organizations used were top notch. The safari properties you selected for us were perfect, some rustic, some posh. The only thing better than the rooms and setting were the people; we really did fall in love with the staff. Our guides were wonderful and highly knowledgeable. It felt like we were visiting friends rather than being on tour. The coolest part were the animals just walking around everywhere. The setting was incredible. The pictures we have are amazing, like out of National Geographic. Again Aimee, thank you for organizing such an amazing trip. Everything was GREAT GREAT GREAT! Thank you! Thank you!

Thank you so much for making this the best trip ever, Aimee! All went very smoothly other than our initial delay from Chicago to Athens. The hotels were perfect. We were even glad we were pool side in Naxos. We did a cooking class while in Naxos which was awesome. Anyway, thank you so much! Everyone in our group said you did a fabulous job!! We had a great experience with Aimee Langlas with our trip to Greece in June 2023. We wanted someone to help us decide which parts of Greece to see in 10 days and take care of all the arrangements. Aimee did all of that! My SO and I can be particular about our wants. Aimee was patient and never pushed us.
Once we got to Greece everything eentboff without a hitch! Every transfer was there. Accommodations were incredible! In Athens we had a direct view of the Acropolis and in the islands our rooms had views of the Aegean Sea! Many times we were amazed by our experiences and often exclaimed “thanks to Aimee!”

We wanted to thank you for all your help with our trip to Greece. We had a wonderful time! You did a fantastic job of picking the hotel. Our bartender told us it was the best view on the island!! I would have to agree!! The resort really was jaw dropping...I can't even put it into words!! My husband never even wanted to leave it.
I also just wanted to tell you how well all the transfers worked. It seemed like they appeared out of thin air and we didn't need to worry about anything!! They were also extremely friendly. Santorini was magical. We loved Oia and the sunset sailing cruise. We really enjoyed Athens too!! The food was amazing!! I had one of my favorite foods (octopus) 5 times along with baklava every night!! It was all so beautiful, and we really hope to go back someday. We're already missing Greece so much!!

What a great trip. This was our first group travel experience, so we weren't sure what to expect. With everyone sharing a love for Hancher and the performing arts, it made for a great experience.
