Group travel can be challenging and having an experienced travel advisor is essential to ensure your group travel experience is both seamless and enjoyable for the group and group leader. I've worked with groups of all sizes, from 10 to 140 and love seeing all the planning involved come to fruition by attending as on-site coordinator. Even with a small group of 4 couples or spring break friends, my services don't just save you time, but help you secure the best group rates and perks by leveraging our relationships with our vast network of travel partners. Additionally, I assist with the entire group planning process, from private dinners and events, to entertainment and private excursions to help create a memorable stay for all guests. 

From social groups, to destinations weddings and corporate incentive groups, I absolutely love seeing my clients enjoy the functions and events I've assisted with. For an additional fee, I'm often hired to attend events and serve as on-site coordinator which gives me the ability to handle last minute changes or additions on property, and act as liason with the resort staff. It's very fulfilling to witness first hand my events come to life on site and witness the guests enjoying their time!

For the events I don't personally attend, I'm at my desk working behind the scenes, taking care of any emergencies (and yes, things DO happen when you have 100 or so guests on vacation) and liasing with the group leader to ensure all things are going smoothly. I've loved the many photos I've received via texts, emails and even Christmas cards from clients enjoying their dream destination wedding or group trip.

As a group travel expert, I'm well versed in the planning and execution of both corporate incentive travel and small group or destination wedding travel. Along with destination weddings and multiple corporate incentive groups in the Caribbean, I've also planned flotillas of multiple charter yachts in the Caribbean, and BIG birthday celebrations for friends' groups in St. Barths including private yacht days, and all dinner and beach club reservations for the group! I'd love to help your group plan an amazing trip whether it be all-inclusive travel, island buyout, luxury and large villa travel in the Caribbean or ocean/river and yacht cruises.
