Arrive by 3pm Get some food at Three bears brewery and enjoy a walk along bow river cross over the rainbow bridge.

Mountain day
Day two Breakfast at Farm & Fire then walk to bus stop to go up Sulphur mountain up the gondola and walk across the boardwalk then lunch at Skybar bistro up ontop of the mountain. Then off to the hot springs and back into town for dinner at Una.

Hike day
Day three Hike day in Canmore first stop Johnston canyon, then head off to Quarry loop; then lunch in town at Rocky Mountain Bagel Co. Then back to Banff enjoy Apre ski at Earls restaurant. And dinner at Bluebird.

Day four Breakfast at Juniper hotel. Head down the street just over the train tracks to Fenland trail where you can see the iconic Banff sign. Then just enjoy the last hour in town take some last photos.
