Solid Trip

Everything that Pam arranged for us was very nice and we were please with the hotels she recommended. It was also very convenient that all airfare & train tickets were booked by her. However, the planning of the trip did not go as smoothly as I would have hoped. At no point did Pam ever ask us about our budget prior to recommending travel arrangements. I think that is a big part of planning a big trip and the fact that she did not consider what was right for us based on our budget was a red flag. Also about 4 days before we left we realized not all train tickets had been booked so we needed to book them last minute, resulting in extra expedite fees. Not ideal. Again, I'm very happy with the way our trip turned out and feel the accommodations we booked were great, but there were few things that Pam could have improved on.

First Class Even For Economy Travel

Pam listened to us and created a plan that fit exactly what we described and matched our interests perfectly. Over 30 days, everything went like clockwork. Pam’s personal experience in the countries we traveled to and her understanding of what was possible and the time involved meant that we never felt rushed or worried about making a flight or missing a transfer. We were able to spend all our time enjoying where we were and not worrying about how we were going to get to the next place. Even with a pandemic happening around us, we were still able to safely get our family of 4 on a beautiful beach for a week of fun and relaxation. Fun and easy extended family vacation!

We went on a vacation with extended family, and Pam took on all the hassle of trying to coordinate everyone's schedules, etc. She coordinated everything including transfers (including getting the proper car seats for all ages of kids) to hotels and to/from the cruise port, everyone's air travel, getting adjoining rooms on the cruise ship, notifying the airlines and cruise of food allergies, and answering questions on shore excursions. She was great to work with, willing to research/provide a multitude of different options, and always prompt in responding. She saved me hours of travel planning, and my sanity with planning a trip with extended family!!! It all was so EASY and we all had a blast! I have already contacted Pam about planning our next trip, and will continue using her in the future.

Great planner for my 2 week trip to Australia

Pam was able to create a well-thought-out itinerary for my 2 week trip to Australia in just a couple of days! This was crucial because our trip was coming up quickly so there was plenty of urgency.
The tours and hotels that were chosen by Pam were all wonderful but, in particular, my friend and I very much enjoyed the day trip from Melbourne that included the Penguin Parade on Phillip Island. What an amazing experience that I may never see again.
In closing, I recommend contacting Pam with travel guide requests to Australia.

This trip was better then I ever expected!

I was skeptical on hiring a travel agent for our wedding trip but now that we did, I wouldn't recommend doing it any other way. Nothing is ever seamless, but I felt Pam bent over backwards to get things as close to seamless as possible during these crazy times.... and our crazy last minute decision!

Pam is the best! I can't say enough good things about my experience working with Pam - she is so friendly and easy to talk with; and works tirelessly to help you have a great trip. I always found Pam to be available when I needed help, and she jumped right in to solve any issues we had, or answer questions that came up. For example, when we missed a connection in Paris, thus causing us to miss our pre-arranged private transfer, Pam arranged for the hotel to meet us (which was a tremendously welcome site when arriving at midnight), and even got the original company to give us a refund. The travel app was really easy to use - it had our whole itinerary and all the documents at our hands. Pam even added in things that I had arranged on my own. Pam has a lot of knowledge and experience to help plan a trip and make things easier. I was particularly uneasy about the trains, but she made all the reservations and it turned out to be a breeze. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her!

Pam booked us an amazing trip to Mexico! We stayed at the Moxché Impressions Resort in Playa del Carmen, and it was absolutely incredible. She found us such a great deal that we saved over $10,000 on our 7-day stay, which made the trip even better.
Bonus- We had originally booked a Chichén Itzá tour, but once we saw how fantastic the resort was, we didn’t want to spend a whole day away. Instead, we booked a cenote and snorkeling excursion, which turned out to be perfect. Pam made everything so easy and stress-free. If you’re planning a trip, she’s the person to call!

South Island NZ in 4 days

Our trip to NZ would have never happened without Pam! We only had a few days on South Island, and I was LOST when it came to figuring out the best use of our time and how to maximize it. I gave Pam a list of sights on our wish list, and Pam went above and beyond the call of duty. Pam was a magician when we hit a few snags during travel, handling everything with such care and grace that we didn't have to worry about a thing. We truly felt given our time crunch, we really saw all of the best sights on South Island. Taking a helicopter to Mt. Cook to hike the Tasman Glacier was UNREAL. Pam went above and beyond to make sure this family vacation was a great experience. Our requirements for travel over the holidays included a handicap accessible room for my parents and a room for our family of four. We wanted a beautiful beach, all-inclusive, kids camp, family friendly place during the busiest travel time of the year at a good price. Pam spent a LOT of time on the phone with us, making sure she listened to every request. She provided valuable advice as well that saved us time and money. In the end, Pam produced a vacation that we would not have been able to replicate on our own, less expensive than my budget required, and at a beautiful resort. Great Family Memory

Our experiences with Pam have been positive, professional and patient. Pam planned a trip for our family of four to Jamaica. She worked within our budget and made a plan that would ensure our two adult children enjoyed themselves as much as we did and created a fun family memory. Pam knew the type of hotel transfer to set up for us to maximize our time on the island and at the resort.
Pam also planned a second trip to Jamaica for my daughter and her friends. Again she stayed within their budget and the trip went off with no glitches. They had a fantastic trip.
The patience part comes in when my elderly parents had requested travel information. Pam gave us the requested information in a timely fashion. When they requested different information she happily provided it.

Pam was right on this. She listened to what I had planned out, where we wanted to visit, the logistics of getting there.She took over what to me was a very frustrating process and booked flights,hotels, car rental, shows, everything and even rearranged a few times when we changed our minds. Pam was great with helping plan our trip to Peru. She took the time to explain and show us different tours we could take and made sure that the trip included all the things we wanted to see. She was fabulous to work with, kept us informed as to what each step was as we got closer to our trip, and whenever we had a question she responded immediately. She was AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
