I recently was able to go on my dream trip to Italy. I have been dreaming about going there since high school. Since I had been wanting to go for so long there were specific places that I wanted to go and thing I wanted to see. I told Donna those things. She was able to plan my trip so that I got to go to all those places and see all those things. She even found some great excursions for us to do that I had not thought about, but ended up being some of the best things about the trip.
I have never used a travel agent before, but I will definitely use one (Donna) in the future. Donna had everything planned out and written so we knew where to go when and who to talk to for things. We had no hiccups in or trip and everything went exactly as planned. It made our trip a lot less stressful.

Walking into a travel agency a few months ago was very intimidating for me because I had never planned a big trip before and I had never been out of the country. My husband and I knew we wanted to go somewhere special for our honeymoon but...we had no idea where to go! My must have list was pretty simple - all inclusive, beachy, and within our budget. Donna took it from there! She researched possible locations for us and made recommendations that met all of our requests. We were so excited to book Mexico. However, just a few months before our trip I requested to change locations for personal reasons and Donna was so understanding and helpful. She never made me feel bad for wanting to change and made the process seem so simple even though we know she did so much work behind the scenes to make it happen. Fast forward to Jamaica. OMG the resort Donna suggested was absolutely breathtaking! We had the most amazing time! Everything was perfect and we will definitely book again!!

Donna helped with every detail of our trip from flights to accodations. excursions, dining and everything in between. She is very friendly and asked all the right questions to understand the kind of experience we wanted to have and made it happen.
