I really wanted to take our family to Disney World while our kids were still little (5 and 2) but I was super nervous about huge meltdowns in the park, overbooking ourselves, etc. Alison was an invaluable source of endless Disney information and walked along side us every step of planning. From choosing a hotel in proximity to parks to deciding which Fast Pass selections would serve us well each day, she made complicated choices simple. She also helped us remain in budget and never pressured us to go for more or make the more expensive choice. A Magical Experience

When initially researching for our first family trip to Disney, the amount of choices and options were so overwhelming. A friend gave me Alison's name, and I sent her an inquiry with my tentative dates of travel. Alison took the reigns from there. She provided detailed information, simplified options, and made our trip to Disney absolutely wonderful. From the parks to dining to entertainment, all of Alison's advise and recommendations were spot on. Normally after a trip my husband and I can't wait to get back to "home sweet home." But not this time! We both admitted to being a little sad to leave and wished we could have stayed longer! Alison took the stress out of our trip, and we all had an absolutely magical time. I have already recommended her to several friends and family. As a business owner, I have found it to be proven advertisement when individuals are excited to recommend a company they were satisfied with. There have been no less than 20 plus people that I know from my community that react this way when describing their experience with Alison.
She gives you your best options, an honest recommendation, and then allows you to make your selection with every aspect of the trip. You can be as hands on or hands off as you would like. Alison is the most reliable TA my family has ever found. We have utilized Alison's talents on 2 completed trips so far and she is in the process of planning our next trip coming up in 6 months. She has great communication skills and will notify you with plenty of time to book your ADRs and FP+. However she is also excellent at booking the special events as well. She will be on the phone with a CSR the morning your requested date comes up. But what sets her apart from other TA's you may ask? One word... Dedication. My family was staying on property during Hurricane Matthew in 2016. It was one of the few times in Disney's history that they closed the parks. Alison was in constant contact with us and on the phone with Disney. Her communication saved us from getting stuck on the interstate heading home with gas stations empty and hotels booked. I would not plan a WDW trip without Alison and will continue to recommend her to all of my family and friends.

I would not book a DCL or WDW vacation without Alison! She has been such a valuable resource to my family and has booked at least 17 trips for us. Her insight, attention to detail, and genuine care for her clients are obvious from day one. She takes the stress out of the planning, leaving you with just the fun! If you need her in the middle of your trip, she is always there. We actually got stuck at WDW in 2016 during hurricane Matthew and was in contact with us throughout the ordeal, helping us extend our stay until the storm passed and making sure we were taken care of until made it home safely. Our most recent trip was a DCL cruise on the Dream. But we have booked a total of 4 cruises with her, along with the other 13 WDW trips. Alison went above and beyond to make our Disney Vacation for a multi-family trip of 10 people smooth and fabulous during the busiest week of the year! Her recommendations for FastPass rides, hotel and Club Level experience were spot on. We engaged her a year in advance and she provided comps for various hotel experiences and price levels which helped us hone in our decision. She also made ride and restaurant recommendations and booked all of our fast passes in advance which was a huge help. a few weeks leading up to our trip she sent a package relaying all important info, Magical Express tickets, luggage tags, and a thoughtful complimentary gift. I've known Alison for years ... first as a coworker at the Democrat-Gazette and then as a real estate agent when she helped us buy our house! Hands Down Our Favorite!

Alison was wonderful! She organized our Disney cruise. Everything was flawless. We even flew into a different airport than she anticipated, but she was still able to arrange wonderful transportation to and from the ship. Our rooms were just as we requested - we had 3. We requested they connect and be on the balcony. She answered all our questions. Told us at the appropriate time when we should make reservations. Just wonderful to work with!

Alison planned our Disney World trip for July 2016. She was thorough and detailed; she even covered things I thought I didn't care about. We got everything we wanted - and more - out of our trip because of her. She answered every question I had (before, during, and after our trip) promptly. Alison is an expert on all things Disney. For four years she has helped me plan Disney trips, and each of them has been topnotch. I am a senior citizen traveling with a child (now aged 11).
