In the summer of 2025 I had the opportunity to fulfill one of my bucket list vacations. I traveled to Budapest, Hungary where I sailed on the beautiful AmaBella river cruise down the Danube. We had ports of call in Hungary, Slovakia, Austria, and Germany. Every excursion we did was better than the one before. If you have the opportunities to do a river cruise, I highly recommend it.

I honestly don't know what I would do without Kris! Our last cruise was a disaster from the start until my husband and I met Kris and her husband on the ship in 2020 and she's been my TA ever since. Details Matter and No One is better than Kristen!!

Let me start by saying that booking a trip/ cruise for my family is not easy. We are a family of 4. My oldest son is medically complex and full-time manual wheelchair user. This said there are many things the average traveler does not need to think of but Kristen does. Ever had to think about the width of the door on a cruise ship? How about the width of the hallway in the room? Is it wide enough to roll his wheelchair? What about specialty equipment? Ever need to get a hospital bed onto a cruise ship? Kristen is a Pro! Excursion off the ship that are accessible. She will make sure she talks to every person needed to make sure those accommodations are handled. Special diet? Special equipment? She works hard to make sure all of the details are addressed and handled while making it look easy. We know there are hours spent to make sure our vacations are amazing, and she is always available to answer questions and offer suggestions. I have recommended Kristen to many friends and family bec

Kristen planned the perfect trip for my wife and I. We told her what we were looking for and she delivered perfectly. Everything was pefect on a vacation at 2 different resorts and hotels. Wow, we went to the Bahamas on a Royal Caribbean trip and had the best time. Kristen was instrumental in letting us know about events and excursions, and encouraged me to donate to a Make A Wish raffle for charity. As a result, I won the Royal Suite for the week, and I never win anything. Great food, service, and entertainment. Kristen knows her stuff and follows up on issues immediately. In February of 2020, my husband and I were booked on a cruise out of New Jersey just when Covid started. Our cruise went from a days to 5 and our then travel agent wouldn't answer our calls. As it turns out, I was a member of the "cruise group" on Facebook, and so was Kris. We met up with her on the ship and she's been our agent since. I would recommend her to anyone! She goes above and beyond and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my travel plans!!

A good friend of ours referred us to Kristen. We were looking for something different for our 30th Anniversary. Took a Disney Cruise and it was during Valentine’s and our Anniversary. We met Kristen because we were part of a group trip. We had never used a travel agent. Our cruise was in spring of 2020 and it was impacted by covid; the cruise was shortened, the itinerary changed, many opted out. We were a group of 31! That’s hard enough, but add into that, a death in the family a week before our scheduled departure, and Kristen jumped through hoops to rearrange cabins, add another passenger, and turn this unexpected tragedy into something our family desperately needed. Always a Good trip

I've used Kristen going on like 3 years now for ALL my cruise bookings. She's very attentive to everything I request, and IF I need a change she's on it. I had to change a cruise from Alaska to a much later date and Kristen took it all in stride and moved us to a Caribbean cruise at a later date. She sets up our travel insurance and does NOT pressure me to use the company she selects but simply tells me it's an option. I highly recommend her, and will continue to use her as my Travel agent of choice for many years to come.

I had a great time visiting 5 islands on a Royal Caribbean cruise. Kristen did a fantastic job helping and reminding me about the details of the trip. She always emphasizes the value of purchasing travel insurance, which I really appreciate. Everything went smoothly, including the off-the-ship excursions. Finally, I appreciate the fact that she answers any concerns that I have in a timely manner. Customer service from an actual person you know if so much better than relying on a large company to book your travel. You won't receive the same level of service. Overall, I didn't want this cruise to end, but we always have to return to reality. :-)

Kristen was an amazing resource for our needs. She is so informed about the aspects of a Disney vacation! She provided us with the guidance to allow us to have a truly memorable and enjoyable experience at Disney World. I had memories of some of the adverse aspects of the parks from 30 years ago but she gave us the information to allow us to have an experience that was virtually devoid of any long lines, was well planned for the time available, and made it totally seemless for us. She helped us navigate the complex reservation system for our trip to Disney World and went above and beyond to make sure we got the restaurant, hotel, park, and "magical extras" booked that we most wanted. Her dedication was incredible! She was up at midnight to book our requests the minute the 60-day window began, saving us that hassle and eliminating any potential disappointment. Her communication was extremely prompt and easy to understand. Disney has SO many logistical systems and integrated tech, the understanding of which is critical for having a good experience, and Kristen's emails helped explain exactly how to use the Disney app/website. My Vacation Super Woman!

In 2019 the TA who originally booked us on Anthem of the Seas in February 2020 passed away. We were assigned another TA who was an absolute mess and left us to fend for ourselves when many issues came up at the beginning of our cruise. As luck would have it Kris was on the same cruise as we were! She had posted where she would be and when she would be there to help anyone in need. So my husband and I went to meet her. Always a stress free experience

The easiest experience possible. She has taken care of my entire family, myself and all my friends have done a cruise where she was able to get all of us aftview balconies all together, she got my parents a great trip on an Alaskan cruise, and finally we have given her the task of getting 10 of us to Jamaica, which she has already made it all happen. Kristin Schirmer has been my only go to agent. She’s amazing, I’ve booked multiple trips with her I’ve sent my parents to her along with numerous friends. She has never once not impressed me.
