I honestly don't know what I would do without Kris! Our last cruise was a disaster from the start until my husband and I met Kris and her husband on the ship in 2020 and she's been my TA ever since. Let me start by saying that booking a trip/ cruise for my family is not easy. We are a family of 4. My oldest son is medically complex and full-time manual wheelchair user. This said there are many things the average traveler does not need to think of but Kristen does. Ever had to think about the width of the door on a cruise ship? How about the width of the hallway in the room? Is it wide enough to roll his wheelchair? What about specialty equipment? Ever need to get a hospital bed onto a cruise ship? Kristen is a Pro! Excursion off the ship that are accessible. She will make sure she talks to every person needed to make sure those accommodations are handled. Special diet? Special equipment? She works hard to make sure all of the details are addressed and handled while making it look easy.
