Michelle is highly communicative and worked tirelessly to sort through all the questions I had when we booked our first Disney cruise. We weren't sure which dates we wanted or even how many people we would have going on our cruise yet she went above and beyond in providing quotes for several different options. She made it easy by giving us several different cruises to choose from. Online sites are confusing to book yourself and Michelle can do the hard work for you without anything extra out of pocket. Why would you do it any other way?
