Jeanine put together a very complete trip for us - from getting us just the right room on the ship to finding excursions. She is always cheerful, helpful, and amazingly organized. She navigated getting the refund from the cruise line and excursion companies, when the trip was cancelled, due to COVID-19 pandemic, staying calm and working long hours to get the most up-to-date information. Can't imagine handling all of that ourselves. She is amazing! We will definitely book the replacement trip for this one through her.

Jeanine has arranged three vacations for me and all have gone totally smoothly. Planning can be a hassle, but not if Jeanine runs interference.

Jeanine went above & beyond helping us reach our destination on time even though we were in middle of a snowstorm & all flights for our airline had been cancelled. I reached out to Jeanine @ 11pm on a Friday, she contacted me first thing Saturday & resolved this whole issue. She saved our trip. I would recommend Jeanine to everyone.

Jeanine was super patient and very personable. She was available to explain differences in cost, changes to my agenda, and any concerns that I had. Our seats selected for our flight was very comfortable and acceptable. Our hotel lodging that she suggested was spot on, and the activity we paid for was amazing. I randomly selected Jeanine by Google Search and I am so glad I selected correctly. I find her to be trustworthy and thorough. If I can use her to do all of my travels I definitely will. My family flew in from different areas and they were all very impressed with the accommodations. She really is a sweet person and very good at her job.

This trip was for a honeymoon that e had to delay and she gave us tons of options, answered all our questions and truly cared about our experience being one of a kind. For instance, she found us a maiden voyage of an expedition cruise that started in Iceland and ended in Canada. And she was able to get it for us at a discount. Great travel agent!

Jeanine was my travel agent to Italy her planning was exquisite she made sure that I got to all the sights and all the exhibits in Rome Italy and Florence Italy. Accommodations were excellent five star hotels. I can't think of any problems everything was fine. My luggage was lost and Janine reminded me that I had insurance and she told me how to file a claim while I was in Florence Italy and she check back with me to make sure everything was going smoothly as I told Janine she is my travel agent for life LOL but I am very sincere in my statement the professionalism that Jeanine exemplifies in my opinion non compare. In fact I asked Jeanine to put together Excursion to Boston and New York for May unfortunately as you know what we are suffering with is the Coronavirus oh yes I forgot to mention that itinerary it was so complete you didn't have to do anything it was already done so great! I have a lot more to say but only have a thousand words so one word fabulous Jeanine

I have recommended Jeanine to anyone looking for a travel agent. She goes over and above whenever me or my family/friends call her. We have a trip plan for May 2021. I think this would have been a trip of a lifetime. I hope we can reschedule for the end of the year. With that being said Jeanine once again is doing whatever she can to make this bad experience a win for for me and my family.

Start to finish I knew I was in great hands planning my honeymoon with Jeanine. The honeymoon included island hopping, multiple hotel, shuttle, and ferry reservations. I was very happy with how well everything was put together and during the trip we were pleasantly surprised how organized everything was. For example, we walked off the plane and someone was holding a sign with our name on it ready to pick us up. Then after we got off the ferry we had private transportation to the resort which got us there before anyone else and we were able to check in first. After a long day of travel what more can you ask for ? We will be booking another trip with Jeanine soon ! Great job !

Jeanine was incredibly friendly and helpful from the beginning of the experience. When we first came in, she immediately began to look into what would best fit us, and made sure that to work out what was best for our trip. When the pre-determined packages were not able to work with what we wanted to achieve, Jeanine began to create a customized plan that made everything much easier. She was able to find great locations with the best deals possible, and chose tours that had reputable companies. Before resorting to this, she made every attempt to look for the pre-made tours in order to save us money. Once the entire plan was made, she suggested various tips and ideas, as well as additional tours that fit incredibly well with the purpose of our trip. Without her, the trip would not have been anywhere near the excellence that we experienced. Jeanine was so kind and helpful, and worked wonders with the tight deadline we had, also managing to get everything within our budget.

We started planning about 3 months before our target date for the trip. As we were traveling with another couple, Jeanine communicated often with all of us to make sure she was addressing all of our needs and goals for the trip. Knowing which regions of Italy we wanted to hit, Jeanine made it a priority to find amazing hotels for us in Sorrento, Siena, and Rome (and they were ALL in great locations that made it easy for dining, shopping, sight-seeing, etc). Using a combination of private transfers and high-speed train arranged by Jeanine, moving from city to city went without any snags. Since our daughter lives over in one of the areas we were visiting, she helped us with a few private trips/tours, but Jeanine also had several backup tours available for us if we wanted them (and recommended the 'Hop-on-Hop-off' in Rome, which we took advantage of - well worth the price) All-in-all it was an awesome trip to remember!

We could not have ask for a more perfectly planned vacation! Jeanine outdid herself planning EVERYTHING! From the amazing selection of hotels and restaurants to the recommendations for boat tours and other activities to make our stay more enjoyable, we are forever grateful. Just returned from a wonderful vacation trip to the beach in Cancun area. Though I've been to Cancun many times, this trip was special because we let Jeanine handle all of the planning - and she ensured that this trip hit all the marks just perfectly!

Meeting up in Mexico with family members from four different states (AZ, GA, MI, FLA), the coordination of our travel was particularly challenging, but it came together without a hitch. So nice to have someone like Jeanine handle all of the details! She didn't even blink when I requested changing to a private airport/hotel shuttle at the last minute - somehow, she just made it happen!

Jeanine is a true professional. We found Jeanine through a friend and were so pleased with the service she provided when planning a family trip to Italy. However, due to the current coronavirus situation, we had to cancel our trip. It was a very stressful and chaotic situation but she handled all the details involved with cancelling and rescheduling - which was a huge undertaking.
