Hello! I am a Certified Travel Travel Associate and Platinum Sales Travel Agent with Magical Moments Vacations since 2018.  I maintain current training with the Disney College of Knowledge, Universal and U Sales Training Program, Avanti Certified Expert (ACE program) and the Certified Sandals Specialist program with Sandals & Beaches Resorts, plus others. I am also a licensed teacher with the Minnesota Department of Education.

My travel experience from the past 30+ years includes visits throughout the United States, plus Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, The Caribbean, Mexico, Central America, Europe & Australia. I have over 50 trips to Walt Disney World & Disneyland alone, in all categories of resorts, including adjacent off-site hotels. Universal is another favorite destination with frequent visits to Universal Hollywood and Universal Orlando. I travel The Caribbean extensively via air & cruise ship and have toured the Eastern, Western & Southern Caribbean. My visits to Mexico include the Mexican Riviera, Cancun, The Riviera Maya, Cozumel and Isla Mujeres. My travels around Europe have always been enjoyable and include Italy, Germany, Austria, France, Spain, Portugal, Switzerland, The Czech Republic and Hungary. Some personal favorite destinations were Alaska, Hawaii, Costa Rica, Italy & Australia. I also have over 30 years’ experience as a High School Science Teacher, ABE Instructor & Interpretive Naturalist.

My global adventures and planning experience range from entry-level pricing to luxury, weekend stays to month-long trips, and accommodations from intimate family-run establishments to larger-scale hotels and all-inclusive resorts plus cruises. I have planned travel for individuals, couples, adult friend groups, families with babies, small children & teenagers, as well as extended family groups. Current stats reflect 11% of the travel I arrange involves Disney Destinations, 56% are vacation/tour packages plus all-inclusives, 26% are cruises and the remaining is a combination of hotel-only stays, rail, car, insurance, and miscellaneous travel arrangements. 

I understand vacations can be expensive and are an investment in yourself & your family. My clients benefit from my educational background, organizational skills, attention-to-detail, personal experience and destination & product knowledge to get the most value out of the money they are spending.  I will be with you every step of the way, making sure that you create memories that will last a lifetime. I will monitor discounts and apply any I am able to for my clients. I strive to enhance your vacation experience with extra “pixie dust” from me directly or through the fantastic relationships I have with my travel supplier partners. I take my clients' vacations seriously, and treat them as I would my own. On post travel client surveys & conversations, I have 100% indicating a high satisfaction rate with my services, and 100% expressing an intention to use my travel planning services again & recommend my services to others.

In most booking circumstances, I do not charge anything extra for my services and my clients pay the same price or less than booking directly with suppliers. I am paid through built-in commissions from vacation suppliers upon completion of travel. Since I am not paid until your vacation is over, I invest much of my time and energy upfront on the good faith that we will partner together. We can discuss the situations in which a planning fee is involved.
