I had requested a certain resort & room type, on WDW property, Lisa had found a package deal for me for that resort & room type. Lisa gave us a lot of help making arrangements, providing links to currated vendors and discounts and checking how we were doing during the trip. She did this on a complimentary basis since we had made a number of the reservations before requesting her help. Lisa has helped us fully plan two cruises - helping us plan the trips, reserving our air transportation and good ships and cabins on our preferred cruise line, getting our input and securing all of the amenities and optional sightseeing and providing us with complete documentation. Barcelo Ixtapa. The resort is very nice. Cleaned beyond belief. Staff was very helpful and extremely welcoming. Beach area is beautiful and enjoyable to walk and enjoy the Oceanside. Food options are limited, but what they offer is very good. Having town right across the road makes exploring the area easy and fun, plus giving you more options for eating at a very reasonable price.

Lisa has been a fantastic resource and expert planner for all of our trips, but what a wealth of knowledge and advice on how to make the most of our trip to Costa Rica. Every detail - Itinerary, transportation, accommodations, transfers, and experiences were crafted for us, by us, along with her exceptional expertise. Another amazing trip. Busy cruise in the eastern Mediterranean. Great Viking ship esprience, many options for excursions each day. Amazing ancient cities. Crete was exceptional, Their very early culture was amazing ahead of the times. Ephesus uncovered remains were startling - it was a large urban city, only 25 percent excavated! Lisa's preperation for us made the trip go smoothly as possible. She is our travel agent for life!!

We had never taken a cruise before and had limited travel experience. Lisa was the very best we could have asked for. We had an amazing experience in Charleston!

From the start Lisa was very thorough in preparing us for a new experience. She was incredibly patient with us and answered all of our questions. We were actually amazed at the time she was willing to spend with us to make sure we understood all of the complexities of DW. She honored our wishes for what we wanted to spend on the resort and found a perfect room for all of us. I loved hearing about her own or her family’s experiences in the same resort. When we arrived Lisa had prepared us in detail with tips and ways to see as much as we wanted to. Consequently everything went easily and we had a fantastic time. Lisa thought of many extra planning details we would never have. known about.

Lisa helped us plan a week in Puerto Rico, from flights to hotel and including a hike in El Yunque National Park. As before (Lisa planned our trip to Iceland), Lisa was wonderful! She listens to what we want to do with the trip and then puts together itineraries to choose from. Her suggestions about dates to fly and places to stay were spot-on. She even had the hotel hang a 'Happy Anniversary' banner on our door! So sweet!

We needed a break from the Minnesota winter and called Lisa for help with choosing a destination in the Caribbean. After discussing our preferences, she booked for us a ten day vacation on the beautiful island of Sint Maarten. The lovely resort, Divi Little Bay, is located on a narrow strip of land, one side overlooking Great Bay, where the cruise ships dock, and Little Bay, where the resort and its beach are located. We had a spacious one-bedroom suite with a kitchen. The resort has several restaurants and pools and is a beautiful place to spend time. Before we left, Lisa met with us in person and provided us with a large amount of helpful information and assistance. Thanks to Lisa, we had a perfect ten days away from snow, ice, and cold. Lisa is the best!!

Our first time to a Sandals resort. We were in the Bahamas. Lisa arranged everything for us from our reservations to transportation to and from the airport. Lisa was very attentive to what we were wanting to do during our stay at the resort. When the idea of going on a river cruise in Europe was presented to us by a cousin we were not sure of where to even begin the process. Lisa was outstanding to work with. Our vacation, transportation, hotels, and cruise went smoothly due to her help with planning. She moved mountains when a couple of us in our party had issues with our Princess medallions.

Lisa listened to what we like and would like to do. After a few revisions she had an individually planned vacation for us. Our Grandson wants to visit as many National Parks and Monuments as possible, he was able to check off two with this trip. We went from deep sea fishing to Denali National Park where we had the opportunity to see a mother grizzle bear nurse her two cubs and then all took a nap. Lisa worked with us to make sure we were able to see and do a lot of things, but also some down time to relax.

She even adjusted our cell phones so we could handle pre boarding, plane tickets and arranged a side trip to Denali for us. I think she arranged the tallest mountain to be totally visible for us! This is the second trip (Spain and Morocco) Lisa has done for us. That four Nation trip was wonderful and went so smoothly.

When I think about vacations, I always like to say that I planned our family trips for 30 years and got pretty good at it. Lisa Gonsalez is better at it than I am. I Lisa has been our travel agent for numerous vacations. She’s suggested several hotels or resorts for us, and each has been outstanding. She handles the plane, train and flight bookings with ease. She’s kind, helpful, organized and extremely knowledgeable about numerous U.S. and numerous worldwide locations. Her travel suggestions and gentle reminders have been helpful. More than that, however, is how Lisa goes above and beyond what ordinary travel agents do. My favorite Lisa moment came when we were at an all-inclusive Mexican resort and wanted to eat at the top on-site restaurant but were told they were sold out. One call to Lisa and we had dinner reservations for the next night. Each time we’ve used Lisa’s travel services she has performed superlatively. Lisa got back to us in a timely manner. She answered questions we had and if more information was required for the question, she found the answers and got back to us.
Lisa has been very knowledgeable in the areas of our destinations. So she has been able to give us feedback on the places we go to on vacation.
