Mexico!!!!
My visits to Mexico include the Mexican Riviera, Cancun, The Riviera Maya, Cozumel & Isla Mujeres. In particular, I really enjoy relaxing at an all-inclusive along the Riviera Maya. It offers plenty of opportunities for relaxing; on a beach, by a pool, on a balcony and so forth. Plus, there are many activities available for fun off-site from your resort as well. I suggest planning a mix of relaxation & activities at your beautiful resort, and a couple activities off resort property to round out your vacation (if you are so inclined to do a little more than lounging - and if you are not inclined, that is perfectly alright too :-).
I still recall my amazing day trip over 20 years ago inland to the archeological site of Chichen Itza. It was my first time to see ruins of that magnitude. Since, I’ve been fortunate to return many times to the Riviera Maya and have been able to venture to closer destinations like Xcaret - which I’ve returned to on several trips. Xcaret is definitely an entire day of fun - From the underground river snorkel/float to seeing the neat animals, eating delicious food and capping off the day with the nighttime extravaganza. The evening show is about history, culture and so much more and is truly amazing! Other favorite personal excursions were to Akumal to swim with turtles, exploration of Cenotes in the region and snorkeling at Xel-Ha (ask me about our barracuda and ray sightings :-) ) I’ve even snorkeled off shore in Cozumel and explored the island of Isla Mujeres via golf cart. My experience with Lisa Gonzalez could not have been better. Frankly I'm a travel geek and have always liked planning vacations on my own. But we decided to book a trip with Lisa as a trial run and we were completely satisfied. Lisa took care of everything and made the entire process stress-free. She provided all documents in a timely manner, and even threw in a couple of small freebies. She recommended an all-inclusive in Mexico that was new to us, and it proved to be great. She arranged the flights for our maximum benefit. The most memorable thing for us was when we tried to get into the top restaurant at our all-inclusive resort, we were told there were no spots available. One email to Lisa and we had reservations for dinner the next night. A small thing, perhaps, but it proved how valuable the services of the right travel agent are. I'm looking forward to planning our next trip with Lisa. She's terrific.

What a wonderful experience traveling to Disney World with Lisa’s guidance. She helped me learn the ins and outs of Disney prior to going. I felt comfortable with our resort, the parks, the transportation, and the Disney app which allowed us to make the most of our time there! She tailored her services to our family, just one example being giving recommendations for rides that we could enjoy despite motion sickness.

Lisa did an awesome job, not only in helping us to plan and make arrangements for our family's first trip to Disney, but also equipping us with the knowledge and tips to make the most of our vacation while at Disneyworld. Through email and phone conversations, she took the time to understand our interests, as well as our kids' interests, and helped us to shape our vacation around those interests. Lisa also provided us with customized guide sheets for each day of our trip, helping us to prioritize attractions and to find great places to eat in each of the parks at Disney. Once in a Lifetime Family Trip!

We started the planning process with Lisa over a year ago for our family of 5 Italy trip to 5 cities. She helped us create our wish list and provided guidance to create an itinerary that met everyone’s needs. She was very knowledgeable about the hotels and helped us choose different types - from boutique hotels to larger ones. All included breakfast and were close to the city centers. Lisa booked all the rail and private drivers. Her experience also provided us a lot of great tips and information on the excursions we selected. She helped us book them and even saved us some money! She followed up on everything prior to the trip to confirm. She was available during the trip when we had a quick question. Awesome Spring Break Disney Trip with Family!

Lisa was amazing. She booked a great accommodation for us (one that we were not familair with but it was great) and provided a ton of information to help us manage our tickets for the parks. She even stepped in and obtained accommodation for extended family when they decided to join us at the last minute. Which I couldn't believe! It really was a fun and magical trip, thanks Lisa!

Lisa did an excellent job helping me plan for a dream vacation to Disney World for my family. We did encounter the closing of Disney World due to Covid 19. Lisa did everything possible to help us reschedule our trip, it took 4 times, but we made it in May of 2021. Lisa was always available for questions and concerns. Lisa is very knowledgeable. Spur of the Moment Trip!

I had requested a certain resort & room type, on WDW property, Lisa had found a package deal for me for that resort & room type. Lisa had ordered my WDW Park ticket, Magical Express Bus transportations, helped me with my fast passes & dining reservations and sent me information regarding special events (Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party was being held at that time of the year, tickets for that event were ordered). I was to arrive at WDW on Sept 3, 2019, unfortunately a hurricane had delayed my trip for 2 days, Lisa had spoken with a WDW Representative to rearrange the Magical Express transportation, cancelled any dining reservations & had my account credited for the missed 2 days at the resort. Lisa had kept in touch with me while I was down in FL to see if all was well. I had a wonderful, exciting trip. Lisa is a remarkable travel agent, I have other trips already in the works for this coming year with Lisa as my Travel Agent.

Amazing cruise

Great Hawaiian Trip

Lisa gave us a lot of help making arrangements, providing links to currated vendors and discounts and checking how we were doing during the trip. She did this on a complimentary basis since we had made a number of the reservations before requesting her help. Lisa has helped us fully plan two cruises - helping us plan the trips, reserving our air transportation and good ships and cabins on our preferred cruise line, getting our input and securing all of the amenities and optional sightseeing and providing us with complete documentation. In short, Lisa informed us of the options, asked us what we wanted and nailed it all down. We are happy campers!

Barcelo Ixtapa. The resort is very nice. Cleaned beyond belief. Staff was very helpful and extremely welcoming. Beach area is beautiful and enjoyable to walk and enjoy the Oceanside. Food options are limited, but what they offer is very good. Having town right across the road makes exploring the area easy and fun, plus giving you more options for eating at a very reasonable price.

Busy cruise in the eastern Mediterranean. Great Viking ship esprience, many options for excursions each day. Amazing ancient cities. Crete was exceptional, Their very early culture was amazing ahead of the times. Ephesus uncovered remains were startling - it was a large urban city, only 25 percent excavated!

Sint Maarten Getaway

We needed a break from the Minnesota winter and called Lisa for help with choosing a destination in the Caribbean. After discussing our preferences, she booked for us a ten day vacation on the beautiful island of Sint Maarten. The lovely resort, Divi Little Bay, is located on a narrow strip of land, one side overlooking Great Bay, where the cruise ships dock, and Little Bay, where the resort and its beach are located. We had a spacious one-bedroom suite with a kitchen. The resort has several restaurants and pools and is a beautiful place to spend time. Before we left, Lisa met with us in person and provided us with a large amount of helpful information and assistance. Thanks to Lisa, we had a perfect ten days away from snow, ice, and cold. Lisa is the best!!

Alaska Adventure

Lisa listened to what we like and would like to do. After a few revisions she had an individually planned vacation for us. Our Grandson wants to visit as many National Parks and Monuments as possible, he was able to check off two with this trip. We went from deep sea fishing to Denali National Park where we had the opportunity to see a mother grizzle bear nurse her two cubs and then all took a nap. Lisa worked with us to make sure we were able to see and do a lot of things, but also some down time to relax.

She even adjusted our cell phones so we could handle pre boarding, plane tickets and arranged a side trip to Denali for us. I think she arranged the tallest mountain to be totally visible for us! This is the second trip (Spain and Morocco) Lisa has done for us. That four Nation trip was wonderful and went so smoothly.

Lisa was a DREAM to work with!!! The entire experience from our in-depth and informative phone calls to the Bon Voyage strawberries she sent to our stateroom. When I think about vacations, I always like to say that I planned our family trips for 30 years and got pretty good at it. Lisa Gonsalez is better at it than I am. I Lisa has been our travel agent for numerous vacations. She’s suggested several hotels or resorts for us, and each has been outstanding. She handles the plane, train and flight bookings with ease. She’s kind, helpful, organized and extremely knowledgeable about numerous U.S. and numerous worldwide locations. Her travel suggestions and gentle reminders have been helpful. More than that, however, is how Lisa goes above and beyond what ordinary travel agents do. My favorite Lisa moment came when we were at an all-inclusive Mexican resort and wanted to eat at the top on-site restaurant but were told they were sold out. One call to Lisa and we had dinner reservations for the next night. Each time we’ve used Lisa’s travel services she has performed superlatively. Lisa is simply a great human being and a terrific travel agent.

Effortless Family Fun!

Lisa is amazing! She worked out all the details so we could have a much needed vacation without any of the headaches involved in trying to coordinate it on our own. We have a large family so in the past I have always dreaded the months it takes and steep learning curve in trying to make our vacation plans. She knew exactly how to find us beautiful accommodations, made sure our rooms were close together, arranged for the extra bed needed as well as rental car and shuttle details. Our vacation would not have been near as successful if Lisa hadn't been there to help. Sweet 16 Trip w Daughter

For my daughters sweet 16 we decided to go on a trip - I let her pick the location and she picked LA. Lisa really LISTENED to what we wanted to do for our trip and found a ton of wonderful resources for us. From the moment that we had thoughts on our trip, Lisa was right there to help us in every way. Most of our trips have been to Disney World and also a trip on a Disney Cruise.
