My family has traveled to Disney for many many years and for this particular experience we went with a travel agent (for the first time) and Helen was truly nothing more than that extra perfect percentage , above 100%, we needed to plan our family holiday. She guided us with booking the restaurants, the right hotel for us (we are over the moon with the selection), and was able to answer any question at any time that we might have, despite being seasoned Disney goers. I cannot recommend or highlight how wonderful an experience it was to have Helen and all of her endless knowledge on our side to make our Disney experience every bit of magical as we wanted it.

Our first magical trip to Disney world

We were able to find the resort of our choice . Helen also accommodated our last minute request to add a friends family to this trip and was very prompt in finding the best place for them to stay at WDW .

Best All Inclusive Ever!!

Helen had recommended our family try Hotel Xcaret a few years back - post COVID was the perfect time for a family celebration - my husband, our 13-year-old son & my parents made this amazing trip! By far a 5 star hotel, but Helen's personal service is 10 stars!! She goes above and beyond to ensure your vacation is flawless! No vacation stress when you book with Helen. As for the resort - out of this world! It's not your typical all inclusive. Yes, there are food & drinks, but we went zip lining, walked the bottom of the ocean, floated down mangroves, rappelled into cenotes inside ancient caves - ALL INCLUDED! You will NOT be bored at this resort. We are not an adventurous family, but we LOVED everything we did! It was truly paradise!! The staff at the hotel go above and beyond. Helen has been an absolutely phenomenal travel agent. We have been working with her for the past 3 years to make our magical vacation happen. After 2 cancellations also she has been kind, courteous and on the ball with everything. Her response time to questions and changes is lightening speed. She got dinner reservations as requested for our party of 12 and offered perfect suggestions when asked. Hands down the best travel agent I have ever worked with. From the initial planning phase to re-booking due to the pandemic in 2020 to the final details this year, Helen's attention to detail, knowledge of WDW and excellent customer service is unmatched. Hellen's help was fundamental for our family trip, without her it would not have been possible! She advised us on the dates, the best hotel options and how we could organize our visits to the parks, but she also took care of making reservations for the parks, restaurants and activities within them, she even explained how to use the App to make the most of our days in each theme park and all without additional cost. She sent us an email with recommendations and tips to make our experience the most successful. Her support did not end at the beginning of our vacation, she was there to help us if we had any questions or needed anything else. Nothing would have been possible without her. Helen is truly amazing. We have worked with Helen on two vacations now - the first was amazing & had submitted an earlier review of that experience. The second time, again a trip which Helen painstakingly had researched for us, was going as planned until COVID hit- we had to cancel our April 2020 trip that we had booked with Helen. She was there to advise us every step of the way with regards to cancellation policies, refunds etc. We had cancellation insurance & Helen even helped get information that was required for that. Helen truly worried about us and lost sleep about us possibly losing our money. She was available early mornings and late at night to help us through the process. Helen is an absolute gem! She helped us plan a family vacation. She was beyond patient in helping us find the perfect location & hotel. Helen took into account all of our needs & many requests. We may have drove her slightly crazy but she is a true professional and took it all in stride! Helen contacted the hotel for us to make special room arrangements and even got us all of our specialty restaurant reservations in advance of our arrival so all we had to do is enjoy! We would definitely recommend Helen & using a travel agent. They have access to great packages & pricing & help take the stress out of booking a vacation. We recommend leaving the planning to the experts!! Just worry about packing your bags, getting to the airport & enjoying your vacation!! She was also available to us from our destination when we had a few questions & even followed up after our vacation to make sure we had a great time & were happy. Working with Helen was fantastic. She guided us from the early planning stages of our trip and until we were back at home. She answered all our questions and helped us select the best Disney resort for our family. Also, she helped us saving money because she applied an offer to our package when Disney released a new promo. I just woke up to a nice email from her sharing the greats news. And, we didn't pay an extra penny for her services. I highly recommend her to plan any of your Disney vacations!
