Wow is all we can say! Mary Yost outshined with the incredible trip she planned for us! We traveled to Italy (Florence, the Tuscan countryside and Amalfi Coast). Where do we begin to express our appreciation for how well the trip was prepared? Early in the planning process, Mary took time to find out what was important to us and catered our travel plans accordingly. The trip itself was outstanding and memorable! It gave us peace of mind to know that everything was laid out for us, knowing exactly what we were doing each day - from transportation to what adventure awaited us to how to communicate in a foreign country to accessing the Magic App, etc. The guides Mary arranged were more than exceptional. They got to know us and even altered our outings to make sure it was extra special which made our already magnificant days even better. We were extremely happy with the accomodations and the convienence of their locations. This was a special anniversary trip for us so we were touched by a few surprise gifts Mary had waiting for us along our journey. The personal touch warmed our hearts. We were thrilled that our travels gave us a fabulous glimpse of Italy from its ancient past, historic churches, art, quaint villages, picturesque countryside, good food & wine, fanstastic people, stunning views, and being able to swim in the Mediterranean. Thanks to Mary's impeccable planning we were able to navigate our getaway with ease. Mary helped us put together a migration safari to Kenya and Tanzania with a quick stop in Dubai on the way to East Africa. Mary ensured all the details were taken care of, including a pre-trip planning call to make sure all our questions were answered. She also was very helpful with completing the applications for visas needed for the trip.

Mary Yost outdid herself on this, my second trip with her agency. My daughter and I traveled to Oxford, The Cotswolds, and Windsor and the trip was facilitated by the experienced hand of Mary Yost. We got answers to the questions about our quirky planning process. Nothing seemed to throw this veteran traveler. She gave us great advise in preparation for the trip and quick answers to our questions. On the trip itself there were little treats waiting for us in the hotel. She helped with wise and patient advise about how to communicate with her during the trip. The guides she arranged in the UK through her relationships with local travel companies were spot on to our needs. The travel company was a great help in transfers and train tickets and explanations about their use. Mary worked with us to make the trip affordable, and on the return her "Welcome Home" note expressed genuine pleasure that our trip surpassed all our hopes. You hit it out of the park Mary!

Mary found the exact trip that I was looking for in S. Africa. She was able to secure a half day wine trip on our first day in Capetown that was a real highlight of our trip. Mary always followed up with A & K if we needed more information. You could not find a better person to organize your trips to places like S. Africa that has so much to see and do but I would not have been able to have the experience we had without this tour and Mary’s attention to detail!

With Mary Yost’s help our trip to Athens, Greece and the Mediterranean cruise was a dream come true! The accommodations, the transports, and other details worked perfectly.

Mary saw to all the little details of our Greek Islands Trip. Chose a hotel in the absolute best location in Athens for sightseeing, shopping and dinning! Transportation to hotel and to cruise ship was seamless and in a nice large van to accommodate all of us and our bags. Planning a trip to anywhere in the world is stress free with Mary Yost!

Mary suggested Atelier Playa Mujeres in Cancun, based on our wish list that we gave her earlier on. And she nailed it. Not only was the all inclusive resort something from a movie, but Mary's dedication to help us every step of the way was exceptional. On our return home, we noticed that we didn't have our ride set up back to the airport from the resort. We sent an SOS email to Mary, and within an hour she responded with the fix and details. And then we went back to reading our books at the pool :) We really can't say enough about Mary and her services that she provided. Other than, you'd be a fool if you chose to go with anyone else!

Sedona was the perfect getaway, and Enchantment Resort was amazing! The retreat exceeded my expectations. Mary did an awesome job of taking care of all the details! I would totally recommend for anyone to do a group trip with Mary! I loved every moment and it was “over-the-top-amazing”!

We had a wonderful time on our honeymoon. We really enjoyed everything about our trip! The guide through the airport was super helpful! We loved beginning our trip at Disneyland Paris, we found the tours at the Louvre and Versailles really interesting, the dinner show at Moulin Rouge was entertaining. We also really enjoyed our dinner at Madame Brasserie. It was so cool to eat at a restaurant inside the Eiffel Tower and the view could not be beat! Both hotels were very nice and definitely places where we would stay again. Thank you again for all your help in planning an unforgettable honeymoon!

My husband and I had the best trip to Alaska and on Silversea Cruiseline for my retirement! The scenery was so beautiful and the food and hospitality amazing. We had a tight schedule with planes, trains and the cruise ship, but everything went off without any issues thanks to Mary. Mary planned an amazing trip, but more important was her follow-up. She continually checked on us to make sure everything was good. Mary is very passionate about travel and loves planning the perfect trip for her clients. Can’t wait for Mary to plan the next one!

Recently my best friend and I traveled to Alaska to chase the Northern Lights. FYI, we saw them in Fairbanks! Mary Yost Travel listened to our wish list and created a perfect blend of leisure and activity for nine days! We walked on a glacier, went to the top of Mt Alyeska, tried our hand at dog sledding and stayed in an igloo! So many things checked off our collective list! Since Mary is so familiar with Scotland/Ireland we are starting the planning for next year!

The trip of a lifetime! Mary Yost set up EVERYTHING and we just showed up to experience and enjoy it all! Lodging, tours, excursions, and most transportation! We enjoyed a day touring through scenic Alaska and Alaska Wildlife Animal Conserve. From Anchorage to Mt. Alyeska ski resort with numerous photo opportunities . The following day was spent hiking the Matanuska Glacier with an experienced tour guide. Followed by an amazing lunch! The next day, we were off to Fairbanks via The Alaska Railroad. The 12 hour scenic train ride included 3 meals and views that will take your breath away! Once in Fairbanks, we were whisked away to the Borealis Basecmp where we spent two glorious nights in a fiberglass igloo with windows to view the night sky. The goal of our trip was to see the Northern lights and the Basecamp did not disappoint! We witnessed a magical night of dancing colorful lights across the night sky. Additionally, Mary booked an afternoon riding our own snow machines along the Alask

We were referred to Mary by a friend of a friend and it became clear early on that she was the right choice. We’d had very little experience with international travel and needed significant help in putting a trip of this scope together. From helping us plan locations, to lining up private tours and drivers, to choosing the best hotel fits, to helping us make dinner reservations at the right restaurants - Mary was spot on. Although we’ve never met Mary in person, we feel as though she’s now a friend. Through many calls and Zoom meetings, she “got us” right away and offered sound counsel relative to all aspects of our trip. This resort was breathtakingly beautiful and the staff were all very gracious.
