We have used Amy for several trips and she has always been so helpful. All of our trips with Amy have been Disney related and we are the type to get overwhelmed with all of the details. Amy has always been amazing and so knowledgeable in helping make our vacations perfect. Most recently we have had to cancel a few trips bc of the quarantine. I am so grateful to have have had Amy’s help in navigating all of this. During such a difficult time for all of the families she’s working with, her own family and business, she always helped us and made time for us. We will be using Amy as our travel agent going forward - not a doubt about that.

Wonderful Vacation Experience!

Amy was wonderful. Being that it was our first trip to Florida, I was not sure how (or what) to book because of Covid and restrictions and she took care of everything. Our Antigua Trip

We had planned an Antigua vacation with 4 of our best friends. We were excited until the coronavirus threatened our travel plans. Even though this was something that has never happened before, Amy was there with us every step of the way answering our concerns and worries in addition to many other travelers she had to deal with! Unfortunately, we had to cancel the trip but we look forward to planning another trip with Amy in the near future!! I will highly recommend Amy for any travel vacations!

Anniversary Trip

Amy was absolutely wonderful in helping us plan our family trip to DisneyWorld and Universal. Due to the pandemic, we needed to change our plans twice and Amy was willing and helpful in making the adjustments. There are a lot of new ways to access the rides at Disney (Genie, Genie +, Lighting Lanes), and Amy helped me navigate and make the most out of our days in the park. Additionally, Amy was also a huge help in securing meal reservations. She provided recommendations and helpful hints (try lunch instead of dinner times) so we were able to secure at least one sit down meal every day. Finally, right before we left, Amy sent a packet of information and suggestions for "Before you Go". I devoured the information as it was so helpful to maximizing our time and making the most out of our vacation. I would MOST definitely work with Amy again in the future!!

Amy did a spectacular job helping us plan our spring break away from start to finish. She was able to assess what we were looking for and put it all together for us to our complete satisfaction. We were extremely appreciative of her helpful hints and insight on how to navigate Disney during these strange Covid times— from scheduling park visits, arranging meals, and learning about special events, her assistance was invaluable. She even helped me plan a special birthday treat for March my daughter who is turning 16. Whenever I had questions, and I had many, all I did was email or text her and she got back to me extremely quickly with the answer I needed.

Perfect Disney Trip

Amy is great to work with. She is extremely knowledge, helpful and a caring person that only wants you to have the best time on your trip. She helped me plan my 15th Wedding Anniversary to Disney World. Amy gave me great tips and romantic places to eat while there. She also tells you when you need to book everything to remind you to do it. My wife has a celiac disease and so she is gluten free, Amy is in touch with what we just needed to do to make it more easy of a trip. I can honestly say booking with Amy is the best decision I every made for my trip. I would 100% refer her to anybody.

We went to a bridal show and the best takeaway from that show was getting Amy Frank’s contact information. We booked an our first all inclusive trip to a Sandals resort for our honeymoon. A much needed adult trip with friends

Everything We Dreamed of, And MORE

First off, working with Amy was an absolute pleasure. She was always so responsive to any questions that I had. I never had to wait for a response. Sandals Negril, was absolute paradise ??Each and every staff member made you feel special. Our only regret, not staying more than 5 nights! With a beach walk out, we were able to watch the beautiful blue waves roll in at all times during the day. It was obvious how well the resort was maintained! There was always someone cleaning somewhere. Ni matter the time of day, or the weather, staff greeted us with a smile. Food was amazing as well. This was our second Disney World trip booked through Amy at Magical Moments and I highly recommend her services. She's extremely knowledgeable, makes great suggestions based on what you are looking for, and is very available when you have questions.
On another note, we experienced a medical situation on our last trip (February 2025) where I thought my child would need to go to the local urgent care to be seen. Right before we left Amy had communicated with us saying she would be out of the office on personal travel while we were on our vacation and referred us to a colleague if we need assistance. Amy's colleague did help us, and I also really appreciate (but did not expect) a call from Amy checking in on us and giving on guidance on the local urgent care (which she had personal experience with).

Honeymoon trip to Sandals Grenada

Most Magical Honeymoon Ever!

Amy is absolutely amazing! It was our first time cruising and Amy was so knowledgeable with helping us choose a stateroom that would be best for us and give us the best views on the cruise. We were on the Disney Wish and were able to see Castaway Cay the whole way as we were docking. Then we went back to Walt Disney World and our room at the Grand Floridian had views of 3/4 theme parks. Fabulous Trip to Beaches with 16 Family Members!

I met Amy at a local Craft Fair five years ago, and we just got to talking. I had been thinking about a family vacation, but with a large family of 16 people, it seemed too daunting to consider! Amy was so caring and enthusiastic, that I followed up with her by email and booked the trip to Beaches in 2018, scheduled for August of 2020. You can guess what happened there, right?! We just returned from Beaches, August 2023, truly a magical vacation for all of us, right down to the three year olds! Amy took care of everything, and over the five years, never forgot about us. Beaches is a very large resort on the Turks and Caicos, with many possible choices for accommodations. The ones she picked for us could not have been better. She knows the resort so well! Working with Amy over the years is the best! I wouldn’t have been able to plan the most perfect Disney trips without her. I’ve used her expertise from the very beginning stages of booking the resort we want, to the final preparations for our trip. She answers all questions quickly during the process and months in between, and she’s awesome at knowing all about new changes and all the extras at the resorts and parks. She knows about all the restaurants too because she has the personal experience of visiting everything Disney herself. Each trip is better than the last and my daughters said “best day ever” at the end of every day this year! I can’t wait to use her again!

Amy Frank is the whole package. Not only is she super knowledgeable but she is always responsive and just an overall pleasant lady to work with. We have worked with her for our annual Disney trips with our grandkids, our trip to Turks & Caicos, and our almost trip to Germany. If you need ANY help with Disney, she is the person to talk to. She helped with hotel selection, dining recommendations and a million little helpful tips. When we wanted to visit Germany, she helped pull together an itinerary that included all our must have stops. And then when COVID hit she helped us with all the necessary cancellation steps to get our refund. Turks & Caicos? She helped make that trip a reality for us. And she was there to help when we got “stranded” at the airport. We don’t plan a trip without Amy and you shouldn’t either!

Amy planned a Disney/Universal trip for my family that was unfortunately put on hold due to the Coronavirus. She was able to cancel our reservations and ensure that we did not lose any money.
