I recently was lucky enough to visit all 7 Sandals Resorts and 2 Beaches Resorts in Jamaica.
Sandals & Beaches Resorts started in Jamaica. They invented the all-inclusive experience & they sure know how to do it right! From the personalized lounges at the Montego Bay airport, including designated "Sandals Guests Only" transfers, to their "no tipping" policy, you are sure to get the biggest bang for your buck with this company! They include several excursions & activities in your package, including FREE daily scuba diving adventures! If you're already certified to dive, just bring the certificate with you. And if you aren't yet, they will certify you right on property for a fee, which is much cheaper than getting certified in the states. They have world-class chefs in the kitchens, expert bartenders & wait staff, customer service that rivals any other resort brand I've encountered. And they all have such a distinctly different vibe, you won't have that "been there, done that" feeling going from one resort to the next.
Beaches Resorts, the family side of the brand, are both located on private beaches, with Beaches Negril located right on award winning Seven-Mile Beach. Their certified nannies & Kids Camp staff treat your children like super stars! They even have certifications that allow them to work with any guest with Autism, regardless of their age!! The kids camp is open from 9am - 9pm every day. They accept children of all ages, from infancy to 14, and have special activities & designated areas for each age range. So, your young teen isn't stuck doing finger painting with the 5 year olds! The younger age groups have their own area that is strongly branded with Sesame Street characters, I even got to meet Elmo! (Which was a highlight of my trip, having grandbabies who are into Sesame Street). They have movie nights, age-appropriate activities & even celebrate special birthdays. Your children can eat with the other kids & staff, to give Mom & Dad time for a romantic dinner, or you can collect them for a family dining experience.

Becky gets you into see her in a timely fashion. She is cheerful which makes her fun to work with. Becky answers questions thoroughly and if she doesn't know the answer she researches to find out No questions are dumb questions with her. We are train travelers and she calls Amtrak while we are seated with her. I have no desire to wade through that process so it is reassuring to have her do it for us. At our request Becky prints off hard copies for us to take with us. As older folks it acts as a backup to the computer copies. She is very attentive to individual needs. We have traveled Amtrak multiple times and never had a hitch. We highly recommend Becky for your travel needs

This was my first time using a travel agent. In the past I've always avoided them because I felt they were just a middle man not worth the cost. In my mind, what could they do that Google couldn't? Becky Pogar is our travel agent at Gulliver’s Travel in Bettendorf, Iowa. She was new to us in the Fall when we decided to plan a Christmas trip. She was absolutely wonderful in helping us pick the perfect spot for us. She was so patient and kind and answered a million questions and concerns. We decided on Sandals Royal Caribbean in Montgomery Bay. She arranged for Club Mobay for us which was wonderful. I am handicapped and she went out of her way to see that all my needs were met in Montego Bay and at O’hare in Chicago.
I fell and was injured while at Sandals and since we have been home she has spent countless hours helping us to get paperwork and information necessary from the hospital in Montego Bay for insurance. The hospital overcharged us over $2,000 and she was instrumental in getting it refunded to us. It never would have happened without her. She is now helping us with travel insurance. There is no question that she will be our “go to travel agent” from now on. We h

Becky was very responsive and attentive when flights were cancelled! She actually helped us rebook new flights in the middle of the night so we could still start our vacation the next day! Passport Cancun
