We had the BEST Disney trip and it would not have happened without Jennifer Chappell! We had a total of 9 in our group and went right after the holidays. She books everythingggg for you which is amazing because there is no way anyone could do it on their own if they haven’t been to Disney multiple times. She booked our villas, our character dinners, park tickets, lightening lanes, transportation, literally all of it! She probably answered over 1,000 questions that I asked when planning it all and even sent email updates with tips and tricks for certain things. She has been to Disney so many times herself that she is super knowledgeable about all the things. She even was in contact with us during our whole trip to make sure everything was going smoothly. We can’t wait to go again in a few years and will definitely be using her to book our trip when we do!

She was great to find what worked best for us as far as flights. She made sure we had every detail for the trip well in advance. We were even given a list of must dos, must eats and must drinks!

I wanted to surprise my wife and kids with a trip. I knew I couldn’t pull something off like that on my own, so I contacted Jennifer. She planned every detail. It was the easiest process I could imagine. My family was super excited and everything was perfect. She checked in with us before, during, and after our travel to ensure everything went well. She even helped me plan our days in the park. This was by far the best travel experience I have had. It took all the stress of planning away and allowed us to focus on family and fun! Jennifer is so helpful and knowledgeable. She helped me with every detail of planning. She was even able to add breakfast with Goofy! When we were worried about changes to our reservation, she was on it! She contacted the resort for us and just went to extra mile.
