CJ listened carefully and made certain that our needs were met, as we were a rather diverse group of five (2 yr old, 5 yr old, adult, senior and one person with a disability). He investigated both accommodations and activities based upon our diversity! It was truly an awesome trip both in terms of the types of activities and the accommodations in housing and transportation to eliminate stress and that let everyone participate in a satisfactory way!

Waterfalls Galore Helicopter Ride!

An OK trip

Our agent, CJ, was great, very helpful and knowledgeable. We picked the resort we wanted to stay at based on a friend's review. We were not as happy with this resort as we had hoped for. Lack of entertainment at the resort, no TV's in the rooms, and only one restaurant on the grounds. Seamless Alaska adventure

Amazing Trip to Italy!

CJ was an incredible help in planning our complicated travel! We are a family of 5 adults, who met in Florence for various parts of trip. We departed (and returned ) on different dates /times /cities due to work schedules. CJ navigated it all flawlessly! He thought of things I hadn't considered. The airline shortened a layover in Amsterdam and he offered suggestions for making that critical, short connection. I made it. I asked him to book additional night at a hotel (long after booking the hotel with our original package) and he completed that with ease -without hesitation. Cultural Visit to Oaxaca Mexico

I stopped at Higgins Travel without an appointment and CJ Larson was able to fit me into his busy schedule. He may have even missed lunch! I needed flights to Oaxaca, Mexico and from Puerto Escondido, Mexico for three people, out of two different airports. I had tried to look online at various options and became totally confused. CJ was able to simplify the process and found us flights with short layovers but enough time to clear customs before connecting to the next flight. An escape to paradise.
