The best travel consultant that I have ever worked

Asa came into my life when he had to call me back on a booking. He is hands down, an unbeatable agent! Over the past several years, he has booked a minimum of 5 cruises for my family, which have always been amazing. He is respectful, patient, listens and never gets irritated or rushes me with my numerous questions or emails. Emails are always answered promptly and he works with me to find the best stateroom based on my concerns. I have never had such an incredible travel consultant/agent who has the amazing qualities that he has. He is the only one that I will ever book a cruise with. The Vacation Group is so very fortunate to have such an individual work for them. Just an amazing young man!

Asa worked quickly to apply a credit voucher I received from CruCon due to the cancellation of our cruise (health issues). I appreciated that he knew the weekend was here and we wouldn’t want to wait all weekend to receive our new invoice. Asa was so thoughtful to rush our request through. thank you so much.

Needed help changing a cabin on a cruise and needed help asap since cabins were going fast. I called at 4:40 on a Friday afternoon, with a closing of 5pm. He got back to me immediately and took care of switch. Couldn’t ask for better service. Highly recommend.
