I just wanted to send you a quick thank you for your help in making our Ocho Rios trip a smashing success!!! All 14 of us were so well taken cared of by you. Even with our large group, everyone was handled perfectly from air travel, overnight airport park and fly and our all inclusive resort. Prices for everything were way better that what we could have booked, too.
We had a blast! Thank you for your patience with us pre-trip as well as your help while we were there with a medical issue.

I contacted Jessena for her suggestions for a mother daughter trip and she provided us a couple options. We choose Punta Cana and it was the best choice. We went for 5 day looking for relaxation, no worries about driving and planning out our days. We stayed at an all inclusive resort- Secrets Royal Punta Cana. It was the best experience from the minute we walked in the lobby. The service in every aspect was top notch. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool and beach area were fabulous. Food was just as fabulous. Entertainment and activities at the resort were well done too. Many options for lounging by the pool. I would highly suggest getting the preferred status as it was nice to have. Planning to book this trip again with Jessena.

Spring Break to Mexico

Jessena was recommended from a friend to look into taking a trip out of the country for spring break. From the first conversation to the last she was patient, informative, offered ways to stay in our budget with different locations, walked us through passport process and ensured we had what we needed to travel with all the knowledge necessary.
The all- inclusive resort was beautiful, clean, had many food and drink options, even right on the beach or a buffet a short walk away. The staff did a great job putting on entertainment in pool, on the beach, and nightly. There was a fire show on the beach that was like nothing I’ve seen. They really got everyone involved, if you wanted too.
Our next trip will start with Jessena as she and her office will meet your needs and many travel options.

Dreams Onyx was the perfect all inclusive place for us and our entire family to spend a week. Everyone had a wonderful time, the food and service was great, the rooms were clean and comfortable. Jessena was so very helpful and answered my numerous questions regarding this trip, since we had never taken 13 people together on one trip. Honeymoon

Working with Jessena was the best decision we made. We told her a base criteria of what we were looking for and she sent us over multiple resorts fitting our interests and when we were indecisive and had questions she answered all of our questions and provided other options. French Riviera

Jessena was very responsive and had everything lined up for our trip. We flew into Barcelona and then boarded a Wind Star sailing yacht down the French Riviera and ended in Rome Italy. She organized our trip, our flights, pickup from the airport and transportation to the airport at the end of our trip and our hotels before and after the cruise.

Jessena did an amazing job from start to finish. She gave us lots of options that met our needs and catered to a trip that fit our group. We saw beautiful landscape, got out on the water, met the locals, shared wonderful meals and learned so much about the history of Germany and Norway. Jessena answered all of our questions leading up to and during our trip! She would even reply to emails on nights and weekends. We will definitely use Jessena for our of our travel needs in the future.

Trip it's self was very nice. Trafalgar always does a nice. I flight schedules were horrific. Got there that evening and missed out on some events and welcome dinner. Coming home was much worse. Took another day to get home. Mostly the airlines' fault. Jessena was very nice to work with.

40th birthday celebration with friends

Jessena found us flights and a resort in our budget which was a challenge since we traveled over an expensive holiday time. The biggest thing I noticed was how responsive she was, any question was answered quickly. All our arrangements for flights, transportation, and the resort were made correctly and everything went smoothly. She provided us with emailed and paper travel documents which was nice to have a back up incase cell service was an issue. Overall it was a great vacation and Jessena helped make it so!

Last minute change
