Not only did she find me the best deal, she was able to accurately share all the pertinent details we needed to know prior to booking and was an excellent support with all the fine details just before our trip! I often emailed or texted outside of office hours, after my work day, and each time she got back to me that very same evening, outside of her work hours. Sara has a kind disposition and is very detail orientated, which is so important when you are travelling abroad. I appreciated her patience as we had to work through some booking details, which she was able to resolve with the cruise line for us. Just before we left, she made sure all the fine details of our cruise were in order. It was great to have benefited from her expertise and experience.

She helped significantly with the planning and details for the cruise, incl selecting the cruise line. She also worked with our daughters so the 10 of us could all be together. Was always responsive and thorough. When the cruise line messed up our dinner reservations she was even able to help get that straightened out even tho she was on travel herself.

We found Sara on-line, and what a find she turned out to be. We booked before the onslaught of Covid and had to cancel! This meant that she had to endure our panic emails and texts for two years. The poor woman sure had to earn her money. From the original advise on tour selection and booking, to cancellation, the return of all funds, the eventual re-booking and through it all, keeping us updated and fully informed - she was priceless. Oh, and did I mention a super sense of humour.

Sara had left her old agency. They assigned us a new agent The cruise we wanted was booked. No effort was made to wait list us or suggest an alternative.
Another agent also felt that there was no point in wait listing.
We located Sara. She felt that waitlisting would be a "long shot" but she was willing to try and wait listed us for two cruises. One of them cleared. She took care of everything.
She provided us with excellent advice on everything from air to ship transportation, dining reservations, onboard classes, local currencies, shipboard credits, insurance protection and more.
She worked to insure that we received all credits that were or were no longer available.
This booking, so far, has gone pretty smooth. this past summer, however, was a classic case of Murphy's Law. Sara worked tirelessly and cheerfully to resolve each and every issue, while keeping us calm.
