Both boutique hotels were really nice and we were going to be stuck in Venice due to a air traffic controller strike but she worked tirelessly to save the trip!

In April, we traveled to Copenhagen and then Sweden with the help of our agent Carina. She was amazing! Always available to answer questions, give suggestions, and help develop our trip. Carina knows a lot about this area of the world and helped us develop an amazing itinerary of activities and restaurant suggestions. She helped arrange all our transportation, and when we had a bit of a train hiccup, she was immediately there to assist. I would highly recommend using her services for your next trip.

My wife and I gave Carina a rough outline of the trip we had in mind and she promptly adapted it into a travel plan that included all flights, hotels and transportation to meet our budget. She also provided recommendations and ideas for tours, day trips, restaurants, points of interest and museums that were extremely helpful. Carina then organized all pertinent information and documents into a convenient itinerary - accessible on-line, on our phones and via printed documentation – that made our hectic schedule manageable. Throughout the entire process she was professional, responsive, knowledgeable and understanding of our needs and desires. I can't imagine taking this vacation without Carina’s help.

Carina is a hard working, caring professional who has consistently provided great communication, prompt responses when we experience travel difficulties and generously shared her knowledge of international travel. She had been a moderator when needed and checks in occasionally to make sure all is well but doesn't hover or pressure us during the planning stages. She's like a lighthouse when we're on one of our frequent cruises. We trust that she has our best interests and wants us to have a wonderful time. And we do!

If Carina hadn't researched information on several of the ports of call for us, we wouldn't even have gone on the trip because we didn't want to end up having to stay on board the ship without a means of transportation into the ports of call. She also stayed in touch with us during the trip and checked on our return flights for all 11 of us. She also had to deal with British Airways which went above and beyond the call of duty. We appreciate all she did for us.

This is the first Travel Agency trip I've ever taken. It was a busy but good experience. I got to see the things I wanted to as the reason I signed up for the trip. The Tour Director did a very good job in making adjustments due to a Federal Government shutdown. Without any prior trips to compare against, I'd have to say I was satisfied.

The flight and hotel stuff went off without a hitch. The rental car info was a little messed up and when I arrived they said it was booked under a different company? And there were also a few fees I wish I was made aware of beforehand. But overall nice!!

Carina, thank you for setting up the wheelchairs at the Airports. Things went smoothly at all the airports.The Leonardo Royal Hotel Tower of London was a very nice hotel. We really enjoyed it. It was a good choice for us. The hors d’oeuvres you sent to our room were much appreciated and enjoyed. We had to go to the ER in London. We toured Westminster Abby. Ron passed out. The staff at the Abby were on it immediately and a doctor from the US was near us when it happened. They called us a cab to take us to the ER. He was taken care of it right away. Everything checked out OK. And, we had to pay nothing, due to England’s NHS policies. It was scary at first, but it ended up being fine. We left the next morning for the cruise as scheduled. The bus driver on the transfer to Southampton was excellent. He toured us around the London area with full commentary on the sights. He also took us out to Windsor. It was such a fun bus ride. Embarkation went very smoothly. Ron used a wheel chair, and we had an excellent person assisting us. The crew on the ship were the best, no matter where they were located on the ship. Ron got sick and had to go to the clinic. He was treated and given medication. He was diagnosed with influenza B. He had to quarantine for 24 hours. I was given prophylactic Tamiflu. I had heard horror stories about the clinic. None of that was true for us. The clinic checked on him, the room steward checked in constantly, since he could not come in the room. He missed two excursions. We were reimbursed for both excursions that he missed. I just had to get the clinic to stamp his excursion tickets and take them to the excursion desk. Room service was very good. Thank you, Carina for all your help planning this cruise. We could not have done it without you. We are looking forward to our next cruise with you. I will be turning in the bill from the clinic into the cruise insurance. Hopefully that will go as smoothly as the cruise.

As always, Carina did a fantastic job of getting this trip to the National Parks and Monuments in Utah and Arizona put together for us. From the tour itself to the flights, she took care of it all. She has arranged our British Isles tour, our Norway trip, our New England tour, an upcoming cruise to the Southern Caribbean and another upcoming cruise to the Western Caribbean. The final hotel did have issues with air conditioning, so it is difficult to recommend it for a summer trip. Recommendations for activity and travel were all excellent choices for our budget. There’s were some changes beyond her control with American Airlines. She worked for hours trying to reroute those changes. Also on the way home we had a flight delay. Once again Varina saw on her own that there was a delay and continued to check in on us via email to see if American was handling everything ok.

Carina did an excellent job booking a girls trip for my 50th birthday. We decided on a cruise and she suggested we all get rooms on the Spa level of the Carnival Dream. She made sure all our rooms were close together and it was a big hit with all 17 of us. There was even wine waiting for us in our room when we checked in. Classy touch.

Carina was knowledgeable and provided options once I told her what we were looking for. She did respond within 24 hours whenever there was a question regarding our trip. Our travel documents were provided to us along with customs information required at the airports. I do wish there would've been some additional tips provided on what to expect at the resort or in the area in general, some dos and don'ts. This was our first all-inclusive so we felt like we were flying blind and mainly depending on our agent to give us all the information we needed or that would be helpful. I think this is something to consider in the future for your travelers. Overall, we had a great trip and choose a very relaxing resort and would work with Carina again for future trips.
