Excellent. John made the experience so much easier & less stressful! From managing our reservations which had to be changed from the fall to spring & keeping us updated on any changes to Disneys reopening. I haven’t used a travel agent to handle my various vacations for over 10 years but due to my current experience working with John I will definitely be using him again in the fall to book my next trip!

Working with John is like having a travel agent, a deal-hunting ninja, and a mind-reader all rolled into one. He answers questions faster than my Wi-Fi loads a webpage, and he’s always hunting down upgrades, perks, and magic extras we didn’t even know existed.
John lets us steer the ship on what we want to do, but he’s right there to plug any gaps so we don’t accidentally plan a “relaxing” trip that turns into logistical chaos. He listens, he gets us, and he somehow knows exactly what type of vacation we’re trying to create.
He’s extremely well-traveled himself—basically a walking guidebook with frequent-flier miles—and he knows the ins and outs of flights, cruises, and hotels like a seasoned insider.
But the real magic? If it involves Disney, Mexico, or Prosecco… John transforms from travel agent to full-on superhero. Honestly, we don’t know how we ever planned a trip without him.

Most Relaxing Vacation YET!!!

My wife and I were wanting to try some place new, we were overwhelmed with all of the options and didn't know where to begin. John was recommended to us from a family member, everything was seamless from planning to the day we returned home. John listened to our wants/needs and he delivered on all of them! We were ultimately looking for a quiet, adults only, all inclusive, swim up suite. We ended up at Sandals on the South Coast of Jamaica. I came to John with what felt like an impossible ask - an all inclusive vacation for an extremely modest budget in just a 2 week turn around time. Just what we wanted!

My husband and I wanted to get away from the Boston winter but weren’t sure where to go. A friend referred us to John and he was a great find! Although we weren’t quite sure what we wanted, John asked us insightful questions , listened to our likes/dislikes and he quickly figured out just what we wanted! He booked us a beautiful room in a lovely resort with the amenities we were looking for. John was knowledgeable about the area and made suggestions for excursions and things to do. He booked transportation for us as well as excursions. John was readily available throughout the planning and was also available while we were traveling. We received many unexpected “extras” such as deadlines of when to do things, suggestions of what to pack, checklists, excursion options, etc. Additionally , he put our complete itinerary (with details such as date/time, location, confirmation #) into an app that we could easily access. Such an Amazing Trip!

John was recommended to us by a friend who had recently used him for Disney trip and he did not disappoint! We traveled to Disney with our two kids (7 & 5). John was amazing throughout the whole process...giving us all of the information we needed to be able to make decisions. And when we couldn't decide - he gave us his recommendations based on his extensive experience (and the experiences of his kiddos).
When our flights to Disney were cancelled due to a hurricane, John was able to quickly jump in and help us with rebooking all of our park days, character meals, reservations, and lightning lane passes. When we got there, we would have never known we were delayed - everything was better than we expected!
The daily itinerary John put together for us was incredible and he was even available when we were there to help us with questions as they arose.
We would highly recommend John to anyone looking to plan a trip and will plan on using him in the future!

I haven't used a travel agent in years. I do everything myself. However, I was going to Punta Cana and there are a LOT of resorts -- and I had no ability to determine which would be best for our group of 20. John put us into a resort that fit like a glove. Beautiful resort, family friendly, great service. We could not have been happier! No chance I would have known to pick this resort -- and John kind of knew everything about everything -- and made this vacation just perfect. Our Once in a Lifetime Journey

Best Anniversary Trip

This is our third trip that John planned for us. We stayed at the Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana. Absolutely stunning resort! The best customer service and hospitality from all staff. Above and beyond

John goes above and beyond when it comes to making sure your vacation is magical. This trip was a proposal trip and could have gone very bad if it wasn't for John staying on top of events at our first hotel. John saw there was a fire at our original hotel and reported back quickly to me and was able to find an alternate hotel with just a week before leaving the states. I had a proposal dinner set up and that all went away with having to change hotels until John came and saved the day. John was able to get in contact with the new hotel even though they told me they had no room for a proposal dinner so late, but John made it happen. Later that day I had an email from the hotel asking what i needed to set up my special dinner. All thanks to John. John truly cares about his customers and makes sure you have everything you need and want along the way.

I first connected with John after seeing his name come up multiple times in a Facebook Moms' group. We just returned from the first of two trips he planned for us, and had the most wonderful time. John clearly communicated throughout the planning process, including laying out several destination and hotel options, after I told him our goals and our budget. He also arranged all the transfers within the trip, and made sure we had all the materials and knowledge we needed, as it was our first international trip with our daughters. I appreciate his level of organization, communication, and his aim to meet the specific needs of each person he works with. I told him I was high maintenance, and he was not daunted! It began with John taking time to consult with me to truly listen & learn about my vacation goals and the type of accommodations and activities I was looking for along with any timing restrictions. After that call he came back to me with 3 highly customized itineraries that so perfectly matched what I was looking for it made it really tough to choose! Once I choose he managed the entire process so thoroughly and provided easy access to my travel details with a super user friendly app. He checked in before, after & during my trip to ensure all was doing well.

An amazing Disney trip!

We just got back from a great trip to Disney World. We had a larger group (4 adults, 6 kids) and John helped us find the perfect villa/hotel for our group. Unforeseen circumstances caused us to push out our trip last minute and John made this process very easy for us. He was able to recreate our original trip in a much shorter window. Disney Memories for a lifetime

John not only worked his magic to book us the trip of a lifetime, but he helped us move and rebook our entire trip when we unexpectedly had to delay our trip. He was incredibly patient with our large group and worked round the clock to book us a highly sought after resort arrangement to accommodate our large party of 10. Before traveling, John provided us a highly detailed and well organized itinerary that was super easy to follow while on the go. He also met with us numerous times, accommodating our difficult schedules, and answered countless questions and worked to ensure we had the exact itinerary we wanted to build our dream vacation.
