I am the Owner of Travel With Character®, an agency specializing in concierge planning for family vacations. I have put together a team of creative travel experts who run their business with enthusiasm and integrity. We are a caring and fun group who love making personal connections with our guests so that we can create customized, bespoke itineraries.

My background is the performing arts, and maybe you have seen me on the New York stage, Grease Live! on Fox, or in a Comedy Central sketch. My passion to entertain is connected to everything I do.I've also worked on the other side of the camera with photography, directing, vocal coaching, stage managing, and comedy writing. My strength for communication and customer service also led me to a 12 year career as a personal assistant for songwriters, choreographers and well-known TV/film celebrities.

What I have learned is that planning a vacation is not so different from putting together a theatrical production. Both need expertise, industry connections, organization, time management skills, eagerness to collaborate and most importantly, a creative eye.It's important that my guests know that a successful vacation takes a partnership. Our process: 

Pitch: Your Advisor will meet you in a Complimentary Zoom consultation. This is our opportunity to learn more about your vacation ideas and style. It's also an important step to learning if working together is the right fit.

Sign: When you are ready to move forward, we will send you a digital client agreement and invoice to sign. The cost for our planning service will be discussed on your intro call.

Storyboard: Once your completed paperwork is received, we will craft a proposal incorporating the elements you asked for in addition to our professional suggestions.

Manage: No need for you to memorize anything. Once we place your vacation deposit, we will manage important deadlines for subsequent payments, reservations and travel insurance. Organization is extremely important to keep the production moving forward efficiently. A large part of this process will happen behind the scenes as we confirm reservations with vendors, secure entrance tickets and give your preferences to VIP guides.

Design: Collaboration and creativity are the keys to success in this phase. Let us surprise and delight you with our ideas while you still feel confident knowing your goals are understood. We will research, recommend and plan out all of the details that align with your vision. Highlights of our concierge service include organizing dining, spa, golf, activities, and styling services. 

Performance: Before travel you will receive final documents, tips and itinerary so you can feel confident about departure. In addition to the support of your travel Advisor, many of the Supplier partners we work with offer 24/7 in-travel assistance for peace of mind. When your vacation arrives, rest assured knowing you can now let go and live in the moment.
