Lisa Emmi was absolutely wonderful! She worked day and night to get our itinerary together. Unlike other tourist agencies, Lisa made sure she personalized our experiences to our liking. She had an initial telephone consultation to get to know us and what we wanted out of our travel experience. Then she communicated back and forth until she perfected our travel plans. We had an absolutely spectacular time in Thailand with no hiccups whatsoever- thanks to Lisa! I would definitely recommend her without any reservations if you plan on having a once in a lifetime experience.

Authentic and Mesmerizing Cuba Experience

Lisa planned our trip to Cuba and spared no detail while doing it. She did a ton of planning before even meeting with us to lay out our options. She outlined the pro's and con's of each proposed step. We felt she knew exactly what she was doing (especially knowing that she had traveled there several times). She was great at telling us what to expect when we arrived. During our trip there were no surprises because of all the information we were given prior to our trip. After Cuba, I used Lisa to plan a trip to the Antarctic and she didn't disappoint at the bottom of the earth either!

Lisa planned a wonderful trip to Iceland for my family. I cannot thank her enough for all of her help! Everything ran like clockwork and it was the perfect itinerary and amount of time for our family. I think what impressed me the most was that Lisa asked the right questions in our initial meeting. She knew the type of trip we wanted, where we were flexible and delivered a perfect itinerary the first time. I've tried to partner with other agents in the past and have never had this level of satisfaction. I just felt like she "got" me from Day 1 and delivered above and beyond.
Lisa was also very proactive with her communications - we had all of our itineraries and transfer docs, etc. delivered in plenty of time before our trip. I never had to ask her for anything - she was on top of everything.

Lisa helped me make a really wonderful and rejuvenating vacation possible. It was a memorable loop from Detroit down through Indiana, Kentucky, West Virginia, and Ohio. The focus was staying in historic hotels (each on the Register of Historic Places) and hiking. Lisa listened to what I wanted to do and crafted a trip. She was communicative and had great ideas. My wife and I found Lisa by Googling Travel Agents. We reached out to 3 agents initially as I'm never very confident that anyone will respond.
Lisa responded to my inquiry in a matter of hours (the others never did)
After a brief phone call with Lisa we felt VERY comfortable to let her work her vacation magic. We wanted to spend 7 nights in Iceland followed by 8 nights in Italy. We told Lisa of our basic Ideas and she went to work and presented us with an amazing customizable itinerary. After reviewing we talked and emailed with her to make changes based on her suggestions as well as our desires.
We just returned a few days ago from our trip and I cant say enough about how perfect everything was. The Itinerary App that she provided had all of our info and details at our fingertips 24/7. Trip Vouchers and Transfer Services, Private tours, Hotel Check-ins, car rentals etc....
Every detail was SPOT ON! Making our job of enjoying ourselves effortless.

Romantic Honeymoon

Lisa made planning our honeymoon so easy! She listened to what we wanted to took it from there. She is so lovely to work with and really just wants her clients to have a good time. Every day of our trip was made so easy with personal drivers and concierge check ins. We felt like royalty! My husband and I will NEVER plan our own trips again. Lisa booked us a private day tour with a driver and guide that wowed us. We would never have thought to do that! No detail was missed and it allowed us to just enjoy our time and not worry about scheduling drivers or arriving on time. It was amazing.

Lisa was amazing! She did all of the leg work and put together the perfect trip. I have made trips on my own but never again. Traveling during covid and world events can be difficult.
