Hi, I’m Katie Lynn Reynolds: founder of KLR Travels and a full-time, multi-million-dollar travel advisor with Travelmation.

I specialize in luxury leisure travel, cruises, group travel, and destination weddings. I’ve hosted and managed 50+ group trips, navigating complex contracts, wedding timelines, and guest logistics with precision and calm. When travel gets complicated (because at some point, it will), I’m the experienced voice and strategic advocate you want in your corner.

Within Travelmation, I serve as the Destination Weddings Coordinator, where I help oversee and manage millions of dollars in wedding and group travel production across the agency. I lead and train advisors on destination wedding strategy, group contract management, and client experience standards — equipping them to confidently serve their own couples and groups. Weddings are not just something I book; they’re something I help build systems and education around at the agency level.
