She even helped us when we were getting close to figure out what our next steps were checking into our cabin. I’m so thankful she had everything laid out for us with the paperwork and communication! 10/10 recommend using her for any type of travel needs you may have! Also Hocking Hills in the winter is amazing!

I traveled with my 4 year old son, to Universal Studios in Florida recently and was so nervous! I’m scared of flying and didn’t know how it would go. Honestly Katie made it so easy and seem less!! Katie made our recent trip to Disney an absolute breeze! Even being a Disney expert myself, it was nice to not have to worry about the fine details of trip planning for once. I spontaneously decided to book the trip but had no clue where I was staying, all I knew was that I did not want to stay at a basic Holiday Inn or a hotel I’ve stayed at before. Unforgettable Birthday Celebration on the Island

If you need someone to book the best trip you’ve ever been on, book with Katie! She booked my honeymoon in Mexico and it truly was the best vacation I have ever been on. We decided last minute we wanted a vacation! We reached out to Katie and told her what we wanted and within 3 days our vacation was booked and we didn’t have to do anything for it but wait! She sent us lists of excursions, all do and don’ts for flying, everything to do for customs! She texted us to make sure we got to the transport once we landed, asked us how the trip was going!

Family Disney Trip Made Easy

atie recently planned our family trip to Disney World and made everything incredible and easy! Not only did she score the most important dining reservations we had hoped for, but she walked me through step by step how to use the new Genie+ system. We spent one day in the parks when we realized the trip could be a crash and burn without a stroller and, of course, Katie came to the rescue! She handled all of the reservations for us and the company delivered a rental directly to our resort. It was amazing and was a total game changer for the remainder of the trip! I will always recommend Katie for booking travel because having someone so knowledgeable is amazing, especially when things don’t go as planned.

I never worked with a travel agent before, and was referred to Katie Lynn by a friend of mine who honestly couldn't stop raving about her. My friend made me think, “wow I need to be connected with Katie Lynn” and I'm so happy we did! I initially reached out to Katie when looking to plan my girlfriends 30th birthday in Puerto Rico 2022 and she made the process so smooth. We had drivers there to get us from the airport, top insight into the best hotels, and support while we were in a new environment. Katie is an amazing travel agent. A few words I would describe Katie as being is organized, detailed, respectful, timely, and engaged. My husband and I were thrilled to have help with our booking of our honeymoon. She made sure we had the best experience AND within our budget. I have worked with people before (not in this line of work) but sometimes people push you towards what they like the best and do not listen to what you really want. Katie did not do that, she respected where we wanted to go and where we wanted to stay even if it was outside what her top recommendations were. Truly so grateful for Katie!! My husband and I said it several times over our honeymoon how stress free this part of the wedding planning was. Katie is a dream to work with!! She is an incredible professional, but also your best travel buddy all wrapped into one! I planned my entire wedding with zero assistance, and I knew I didn’t want to lift a finger planning our honeymoon and found Katie from a wedding Facebook page I was apart of! She is the BEST! She got to work, keeping what we wanted in mind the entire time!! She booked everything and I didn’t have to lift a finger. She is excellent at communication and on top of everything! Girls Trip!

We took a long needed girls trip to Cancun Mexico. Katie was incredible to work with. She answered all our questions really quickly, even when we asked the same question multiple times I think, sorry about that Katie. She even had to make some last minute adjustments when a flight got cancelled and I had to rebook a new flight the day before I was supposed to leave. She changed all the transportation reservations for me and told me what to do to get my money back. She made some excursion suggestions and the two we took were both fantastic and we had a blast. Katie was fantastic. The first time we talked she had a proposal for an itinerary in less than an hour and we worked off of that. She got back to us quickly and made changes with no problem. Before the trip she went through the itinerary day by day to walk us through and gave helpful guidance and suggestions. Great hotels and excursions were set up and she even helped with a little issue when it was 2 am her time. She connected us with a wedding planner to fit in a small wedding in Florence. She surprised us with champagne in all the rooms at two different hotels, rose petals on the bed, a letter from her in three hotel rooms, strawberries in one of the hotels, and a bouquet in our last hotel. Katie is amazing!!! She booked our honeymoon to the Bahamas. She made the entire process seamless. She was extremely communicative during the booking process and even after! 20th Anniversary Trip of Our Dreams!

Katie was so amazing to work with. We had no idea where we wanted to go for our 20th anniversary but we knew we wanted an island and all inclusive. Katie did the research and presented us with some amazing resorts. After a few back and forth emails we picked our resort (Sandals Halcyon Beach, St Lucia) and it was booked! I’m an anxious traveler and she was so great with me. Every question I asked was met with a quick reply and so much information. She even works hard to make sure there are no issues when you’re on your trip. We had a little snafu with our room on the first night (the resort’s fault) and she stayed on them and kept in contact with me to ensure it was all fixed and we were compensated fairly for the little issue. I cannot wait to book our next adventure with her!

Our trip to Ireland / Italy was entirely worry free thanks to Katie's meticulous planning & guidance. She was extremely knowledgeable about each city we visited during our stay & provided recommendations for activities that were well tailored to our wants / needs. 've known Katie Lynn Reynolds for quite a while and have recommended her in the past to others. I finally was able to have the chance to use her knowledge and expertise when booking my honeymoon! Having her help, especially towards the end of the wedding planning process was beyond great. We went to Aulani in Hawaii. I met Katie through a mutual friend to help plan a bachelorette party. Katie is the BEST!!! I have never worked with a travel agent before, but it was such a great decision because of how easy it all ended up being. I knew this was a trip I would need help with since I have never been to Disney before and all the different pieces of info needed was a lot. Oh em gee. Where to start. I cannot rave about Katie Lynn Reynolds dedication to her work enough. I had never been to Mexico, and so to be able to tell her what all of the girls in our group were looking for and then have her turn around within a week and give me fantastic recommendations on stays was so stress relieving. She then booked everything for us, helped us set up transport since all of us were coming from different airlines, and was at our beckon call whenever we needed her. My husband and I JUST got back from Cancun, Mexico for our honeymoon ? that Katie helped us plan. It was a trip that was planned well in advance (almost a year) and we were patiently waiting in anticipation! Katie went above and beyond for our vacation to Sandals Montego Bay. Katie took care of everything. Any question I had she was able to answer. It was so nice to be able to sit back and relax on vacation knowing that Katie had it taken care of.

Katie was incredible with booking our honeymoon! She sent us so many options and really tried to find exactly what we were looking for in a resort. She sent so much helpful information leading up to the trip too - what to pack, what to expect at the airport(s), booking / finding excursions, how to get out of timeshare attacks lol. Super responsive for any questions or concerns I had during or leading up to the trip also!! ??

Katie has been our travel agent for the past 2 years! She planned our Key West trip when we got engaged so it only made sense for her to plan our honeymoon!
There are a lot of travel agents; but none of them are KLR Travels. She is fully transparent which is rare to find. Katie has been to all of the locations she recommends and won't BS on price or quality. Vacations are expensive and her expertise is important. From the initial trip planning, helping us find flights, fighting for us when resorts are late on refunds, excursion recommendations, packing list and links to items, and consistent communication; Katie is the REAL DEAL.
