Best Travel Agent Ever

I emailed Austin about the 14-day cruise we wanted to book in November 2024 for a cruise in December 2025. He replied right away and went to work with all the plans & answered all my many questions. He helped with the travel insurance as well. 2 weeks later NCL canceled the cruise. Austin took care of everything and told me he would help with any future plans. I found another 14-day cruise 2 week later leaving March 2, 2025. Austin had us booked on that cruise the same day. He took care of transferring our insurance to new cruise & getting us all the discounts available. Since we booked that cruise so late all the good specialty dinner times were taken a problem we never had before. Austin told me to go to reservations desk as soon as we got on ship to change that. Well, that worked out great. By 11:15 am we had changed all 7 (5 more) & 2 platinum dinner times from 8:00 pm to 5:45 pm. We have booked with Yankee Trails before and use Austin whenever we can. He's friendly
