From the beginning of my cruise purchase Austin took care of everything. He will be my 1st call when I travel.

I emailed Austin about the 14-day cruise we wanted to book in November 2024 for a cruise in December 2025. He replied right away and went to work with all the plans & answered all my many questions. I found another 14-day cruise 2 week later leaving March 2, 2025. Austin had us booked on that cruise the same day. Since we booked that cruise so late all the good specialty dinner times were taken a problem we never had before. Austin told me to go to reservations desk as soon as we got on ship to change that. At first, I considered removing the dining package, but Austin went above and beyond to clarify that it was actually a complimentary offering from Norwegian Cruise Line & I was only responsible for a $20 per person, per evening gratuity. Had I removed it, I would have ended up paying significantly more for both dining and gratuities.
