Lauren is absolutely fantastic! She takes care of all the little details so that everything goes smoothly once we arrive. She has helped us book large group trips including extended families on a number of occasions. Even with multiple families arriving from several cities around the country, she makes sure everyone is taken care of with the plans and accommodations they need!

She really takes the time to get to know your specific situation (purpose of the trip, who is going, price range, goals, etc.).
