Hi! I am Lillian and I have been traveling for at least 25 years. My favorite thing to do is go where I've never been! I love to travel and have always used every vacation day to travel somewhere. Travel is the only thing you buy that makes you richer. I have traveled all over the United States, Canada and Mexico as well as to Russia, Jordan, Aruba, Belize, Dominican Republic and several Caribbean Islands. I have been on many cruises and have done rail vacations as well as road trips. I have been to many National Parks and have done white-water rafting, hot air ballooning, a private helicopter ride over the Napali Coast in Kauai, dog sledding in Canada, ATV riding to the top of a Colorado 14er, zip lining, snowmobiling, whale watching, tubing in a Hawaiian sugar plantation irrigation tunnel, horseback riding, and just relaxing in a lazy river or a hammock on the beach......Where would you like to go and what would you like to do? Lillian is amazing to work with! I told her we wanted to go to Italy, basically regions we wanted to see, and a general idea of what we wanted to do, and she built the perfect itinerary with the most awesome experiences. It was just enough sightseeing and relaxing. Additionally, Lillian was there to answer questions before and during our trip and help with whatever we needed. Planning my second vacation with Lillian and Vacation is Easy. This past Spring, a friend and I went on a Mexican Riviera cruise and Lillian suggested we stay on the Queen Mary in Long Beach the night prior and it was perfect for so many reasons. Going on a Transatlantic cruise Spring 2026 and she is planning this for me as well. Vacation is Easy...and less stressful. Our tour guide, Lillian, did an exceptional job organizing and leading our trip to Cincinnati, the Ark Encounter, the Underground Railroad Museum, and the Louisville Slugger Factory. First Trip as a Couple!

This was our first trip together as a couple and it couldn’t have gone better. From the excitement of meeting with Lillian, letting her get to know us and our expectations to actually just being able to let go and enjoy what she had planned for us. We stayed at the Bellagio in Vegas and the view from our room could not have been more beautiful, the fountains, the mountains, just lovely. Travel arrangements were uncomplicated, flights to and from were relaxed and comfortable.

Could have been better

The hotels were not up to our standards. We told our agent we didn’t need 5 start but we like nice places to stay. 1st hotel The Hampton Inn in Canon City, Co was nasty and the clerk at the front desk said she wouldn’t stay here. The 3rd party service our agent used for booking did say they would refund our money. We have not seen it yet. We picked a room at the Holiday Inn next-door, which was new and clean. 2nd hotel Cody Wyoming was an older Holiday Inn but clean. However, we saw several nice resorts in Cody. We were wondering why the agent didn’t book us there. Granted agent only had a little over a month’s notice but still. I guess we are trying to figure out why we paid a travel agent, when we could’ve booked hotels through a 3rd party. Our Agent was very pleasant to talk to and she always returned our calls. She did book a tour of Yellowstone and The Royal Gorge train ride. We were supposed to have had meal on the train only to find out on train we did not.

I addressed the Canon City issue promptly, but was not informed of the train meal or refund delay until your review several weeks later. I don’t charge fees—you paid nothing directly to me even though I provided a detailed driving route for you. I’ve followed up on your refund and appreciate your comments, which help me improve.

The Hotel was amazing! Free breakfast, spacious, comfortable, and close to everything. Highly recommend. The wine tour was a 10 out of 10! We actually have a case of wine being shipped to us. We loved the smaller wineries—definitely our style—and had an absolute blast.

The meet and greet was so nice and welcoming.The hotel —WOW WOW WOW. Pictures and stories will never do it justice. We’re already dreaming of going back, and when we do, we have to stay there again. We loved it. The wine tasting host was amazing and so kind. The only thing we’d note is that the tasting happened in the open area of the bar, and it was a bit hard to hear him at times due to the surrounding noise—but overall, we had a great time.
The sunset boat ride was incredible. Our captain was a great guide and gave us space to relax and enjoy the breathtaking views.As a whole,

I recently returned from a 7-day Alaskan cruise aboard Norwegian Cruise Line’s Bliss, and I have my amazing travel agent, Lillian Dikovitsky, to thank for making it all so easy. She planned every detail with care and made sure everything matched my preferences, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.
The cruise departed from Seattle, Washington, and one of the highlights was our stop in Vancouver, Canada. Vancouver was so beautiful and enjoyable that I already plan to return. Onboard the Bliss, I stayed in a balcony cabin, which was absolutely worth it because the views were stunning, and I could take it all in from the comfort of my room.
I attended excellent musical performances, spent relaxing time in the spa, had fun in the casino, and took in the natural beauty of Alaska. I saw a whale, visited a glacier, and went hiking on guided excursions. It was a truly memorable trip.

She saved us on our cruise by directing us to a third party excursion company when we discovered that our cruise excursions were sold out. Then our trip ran into issues during a hurricane, and Lillian was quick to help us get refunded for our unused excursions. Lillian really took the time and listened to everything we hoped to see and experience during our trip to Thailand. I was worried about traveling alone with my two daughters but she handled every single detail. The trip was seamless starting the moment we got on our flight. Helped us through medical crisis

Wife had a medical emergency in Ireland and was told she could not fly for 28 days; therefore needed an alternative way to get back across the Atlantic to the US after the initial trip was finished 10 days later. Lillian found one of the last two cabins on the Queen Mary2 to cross in 7 days. She also made the reservations for the train to Southampton in England where the ship would leave. In addition she made reservations for the two night stay before leaving. It was a great relief to have someone in the know to do these things. Ireland and Scotland were amazing, would love to do again without a crisis😊. Prior to leaving for the trip Lillian was always there for us to answer our many, many questions. She made it much easier to go!
