She handled several last minute changes that turned out OK. We were thankful that she took charge and made the changes as we were between airports.

RUI Yucatan is a fun resort with wildlife (Monkey's, Coatis, etc.) and water. Amazing getaway from winters in the north. Staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this resort. Rebecca recommended and set up trip for us after we needed to change travel location, and she made everything so relaxing.

Becca was such a huge help on booking our trip to Antarctica. Everything from flights, hotels, and rentals for equipment and jackets. She took the guess work out of everything and she was in touch with us during the trip also.

I booked with Rebecca to complete my goal of visiting all the continents and she did an amazing job getting my trip set up to Antarctica! She was very thorough in every aspect; booking process, checking in every couple of months, follow up on any outstanding items and setting me up on the travel app that I used while on the trip. I can confidently say this experience won't ever be topped and she made a dream come true.

This was a wonderful experience! So relaxing, and a perfect atmosphere for “getting away from it all” for a few days. When you get home and feel like you have been gone for longer than just 10 days total, it truly feels like a vacation! One thing: We were informed that we had to “apply” for our luggage to be attended to upon disembarkation, we did fill out the necessary paperwork and turned them in to the information center on the ship. It was very disappointing to be “denied”; it leaves a sour taste in your mouth. My husband is sight disabled and it would have been helpful to be given that extra help.

Overall it was a good vacation to a warm climate. Rebecca(Becca) did excellent on getting everything setup for us. We did have some issues that we made the best of it. 1) Our transport from Montego Bay to RIU Negril was a nightmare. It normally takes around 1 - 1.5 hours to get there. It took us around 3 hours due to the transport van we were on overheated twice and driver had to pull over. It was a pink van that was very outdated. 2) Wish we would have known about the swimming area on beach being most populated with sea weeds. Some paths were you could walk in sand to get out to chest level. We were made aware of sea fleas present on the beach from another passenger on transport van and that OFF doesn't work. We bought some lemongrass oils from the spa which helped after stepping in some weeds in a hole that we could not see due to the sand being churned due to the ocean waves. Right away felt the itching/burning on my foot and ankle. 3) Next time we would be looking to stay on 7 mile beach as that water and swimming area was extremely less sea weeds. 4) We talked with another Fargo couple on our way from resort to airport. Nice transport this time. The Fargo couple was cautioned by their Travel Travel rep to not venture off the resort due to crime. We didn't see that problem and we ventured off the resort ourselves without feeling nervous about crime. We went to Rick's cafe ourselves and had an awesome time which was the best time of the trip. 5) The Mobay package was awesome as far as the departure lounge(Montego Bay to MPLS). We loved the priority we got thru customs and TSA. It matched the advertisement pictures/cordial staff/great food. The arrival lounge(MPLS to Montego Bay) was small BUT the young lady that met us was extremely helpful and cordial. 6) Our next trip to Jamaica we would like if possible what we had at Ocho Rios Couple Isles resort - our garden view there was a garden view and not balconies right across from our balcony.

Very satisfied with the service we received from Rebecca. She helped us get a room at RIU (on kind of short notice) or perhaps suggesting a different vacation . It was our fault we didn’t do more research with the choice but would have been helpful if she would have mentioned it was a very large hotel involving a lot of walking. Also maybe suggestions on what to do while there. We feel it wasn’t the best choice for Senior Citizens. All in all, for the rushed decision Rebecca did well.

Had a wonderful 9-day cruise with the Royal Caribbean "Liberty of the Seas". Seen the start of some fall colors along the east coast and took in some tours that the Royal Caribbean lined up. Rebecca was great to work with on getting us lined up for air travel and room on the cruise ship. Made it easy!

Rebecca was very helpful in helping me navigate the registration process and letting us know what to expect. She got back to me quickly with helpful advice and suggestions. Our time on the ship was good. The connections to the ship (arranged by Norwegian) were NOT good. Too tight and too long of layovers. Had we known the flight schedule (that came with the package) we would not have booked this trip.

We had a wonderful time but, on the way, back we had a couple hiccups we missed our last flightto Fargo and it was the last one of the day and had to stay in chicago over night because we were stuck in custom's because our luggage was still in Germany I felt we did not have enough time in-between each flight because of weather they were delayed we were running to each gate. And at the airport they could not find a place for us to stay because they used up all their rooms, they had that night, so it was up to use to find a place.
