We just got back from an amazing group vacation with 22 people, and I can't say enough great things about the experience and the travel coordination from Heather with World of Wonder Travel! Our group came from four different states...some needed help with flights—which she handled with ease. Every detail was taken care of: flights, transfers, gate change updates, and even letting us know where our bags would be. We joked that she must work 24 hours since we came from all over the country and we all heard from her the morning of our flights. She made this large group trip completely seamless and smooth. Originally, we were booked at a different hotel, but due to construction, we had to be moved. Normally, this kind of change would feel frustrating, but Heather helped us get upgraded to Secrets Moxché—and it was incredible. The resort is stunning, with gorgeous pools, amazing food, top-notch service, and luxurious rooms. It turned out to be a huge win, and we all felt spoiled.
