This is our second trip that we coordinated with Charleen on and it was even better than the first. From the train choices and schedule to the driver waiting exactly where we could find him in the busy train station all was calm and relaxed. The driver waiting exactly from Naples to Sorrento was beautiful as our driver asked if we wanted to get to the hotel rapidly or did we want to see the views from the coastal road. He was very accommodating, informative about the area, and we even stopped for pictures. He called the hotel as we got near to ensure they were ready for us, which they were. Charleen had recommended the hotel but to let us decide on our budget needs she offered three to choose from at varied locations in Sorrento. The hotel was fabulous, the staff engaging and friendly from our first day to our last and helped us with recommendations on dining and sights not normally listed in the travel guides. She had coordinated it well so that we would meet up in one city and travel the rest of the way to our destination too which was really sweet to be able to do. We again set sail on another Silverseas cruise this time to the Caribbean. Again Charleen made sure everything was in order and we had all the necessary documents, transfers, etc. The trips went off without a hitch.
