Cruise experiences with Dana.

Excellent service. In Dec.2021 I fell and broke my femur 1 day before a 2 week cruise. Dana took care of all shipboard details also all insurance details. I received my full remibursements before I left rehab. She was fabulous. This Oct I fell while onboard and broke a bone in my shoulder She is again handling all details. I have another cruise booked with her and expect to make this cruise memorable because of Dana.

My husband and I WILL be using her for all of our future vacations! She gave us some options for 2014 but due to circumstances we were unable to go that year. Dana has performed exceptionally planning Christmas ski vacations for our family of 7 over the last 3 years. She made excellent recommendations for places and activities for everyone in the family, ranging in age from 3 to 73. Our oldest granddaughter was 3 when she took her first ski lessons and loves them. All the guidance, considerations and recommendations by Dana have been wonderful. Just wanted to say THANKS for setting up our Secrets Riviera Maya vacation. We had an awesome time on our 40th anniversary even though it rained the first four days, but had a great time in spite of that. It was everything you said and more. The food was great, staff unbelievable and the drinks weren’t bad either. We are now believers in “all Inclusives”. We will definitely do this again in the future, and contact you for other suggestions.
