When I contacted Shannon about looking into cruises for me and my husband, she was fantastic! She was patient, listened to what I was looking for in a cruise and was on top of providing me with various options to choose from.
This was the first time I have been on a cruise and she made the process simple!
She also booked a hotel for me for a day before the cruise at the port so that we did not have to stress about travel on port day. Again, she listened to my needs and provided me with multiple choices. We chose the Hyatt Regency. We had a great room location, friendly hotel staff, and the hotel restaurant had delicious food!
We chose Celebrity Beyond’s Carribbean 7-night cruise to CocoCay, Bahamas, Falmouth, Jamaica, Georgetown, Grand Cayman, and Cozumel, Mexico.
This cruise line, onboard activities, friendly staff, and shore excursions checked every box we were looking for in a cruise experience! We loved this total package experience!

Disney Trip

Disaster Averted

We are avid cruisers and typically book ourselves. We tasked Ms. Shannon with booking our summer family vacation cruise with our kids (21 & 16) and it went off without a hitch. She was able to get us a better rate than we could’ve gotten otherwise and was accessible for any questions. As it turns out, we ended up sailing out of Galveston as Hurricane Beryl was bearing down on south Texas and Shannon was in constant contact with us as the situation was extremely fluid. She was at the ready to make any arrangements we may need if the itinerary were to go sideways, but we ended up not skipping a beat and had an experience for the ages… sloths, snorkeling, zip lining, one of our best vacations ever.

Disney Halloween Vacation

Shannon made the trip so easy. Check in at the resort was easy and she even had a gift basket delivered for us. She talked us through navigating the app and each days park passes were loaded and easy to use. We will definitely use her to book our next vacation.
