Jan has truly been amazing to work with. We have now worked with her twice on two completely different types of trips. First one was a family trip to the Caribbean, and the second was a cruise to the Mediterranean for our honeymoon.
Jan is so very knowledgeable about traveling in general, and is able to give you so many suggestions on where to go and what to see. She goes above and beyond to take her time with you to discuss the trip, what to expect, how to navigate your day to day with activities, etc. She is detailed oriented, checks in several times during the planning process by phone and email, she sets everything up for you (activities, flights, hotel) and takes care of all the arrangements. She goes out of her way to be available to you incase something comes up while on your trip, and handles it for you if need be.
Jan is reliable, responsive, trustworthy, kind, and personable. Again, she is AMAZING and such a joy to work with! We love her and will only use her to help plan our vacations.

Anniversary cruise

Jan was the reason we went with our cruise! She was patient with us as we were deciding when and where to go for our 41st anniversaries together.
Our accommodations were very nice. She even managed to get my sister and brother in law a room next door to ours!

Cancun Christmas

Jan made all the travel and resort arrangements for our family vacation to Playa del Carmen over Christmas. She sent us a few options (all locations she personally had visited) and then made all the reservations (including flights, shuttle service and resort stay). Jan was quick to respond to our questions and concerns and we never waited more than a few hours for answers or clarification. Her professionalism and efficiency made our family trip stress-free and very enjoyable. She checked in just prior to our trip and then followed up after we returned to make sure everything went as planned.

Excellent Adventure

Was done on short notice. Jan did great. Was few things need updated. Visa cost. Able to wear shorts. No scraps needed. Tattoo ok. Exotica needs to have more protection from there tours guides when going in an out of Ship. The kids will not back off, they pickpockets our group.

“Living in the Paradise “

My husband and I decided to take a short vacation time….I didn't know how to find a good all-inclusive hotel, so I first contacted Jan at her travel agency. I couldn't have been in better hands to be able to take one of my best vacations ever. From the very first moment she took care of me, with the best hotel deals, her guide for everything that was best for us, her tips for when we were in Mexico, attentive to any questions or concerns we had about our trip. It was totally beautiful. The hotel itself, the quality of the food in the restaurants, the cleanliness, the service, the kindness of each person who served us was simply wonderful... Germany-Italy trip

Very Pleasant, willing to go the extra mile! We had a tricky extra flight and Jan worked out the logistics so we could do our side trip to Germany.
