Elisa rocks! After having a poor experience with a prior agent who specialized in runDisney races last year, my sister-in-law told me about Elisa. Elisa was awesome. She learned everything she needed to enroll my sister and me in the Disney Princess Half Marathon Weekend so we could have some special time together. Best Disney Decision Ever!

Working with Elisa was the best Disney vacation decision our family has ever made. In 2021, I received a kidney from my cousin. To thank him and his family, my wife and I wanted to take them to Walt Disney World for our anniversary (our "Kidneysversary"). We started looking around for tips on how to plan our first ever trip to Orlando and found Elisa. We told her what we wanted, how much time we had, how many people, etc. and she made it happen. Elisa went above and beyond to make our dream vacation come true! From resort reservations and dining to our VIP tours she took care of every detail of our trip on a very short notice for a Xtmas/NYE vacation and was able to book everything we were looking for. Great Excellent . One of the best experiences I had working with a travel agent . Right from the first conversation where we were still not sure whether to go with an agent or not she was really helpful . Giving the right suggestions and the perfect I ternary for our trip . What is really loved about her is she never tried to convince us for anything be it onsite or genie plus or memory maker or the dining plans . She just told us the pro’s & con’s of everything and left the decision to us . We had travelled on March 8th and had made all the booking just less than a month before . When the whole world was trying to make us feel that it’s too late there comes Elisa with all the possibilities. I could see how much she really loved her job and how passionate she is . Elisa was so Great.
I emailed her to see if it was possible to make our dream of traveling to Walt Disney World come true. If I had any doubts, she replied to me fast. We had a wonderful time!! Having VIP seating for the shows was so nice. Some of our favorite things:
• Seeing Walt Disney's apartment, that definitely gives you a sense of what kind of man he was.
• New Millennium Falcon ride in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge.
• Firework's Show.
• Our suite was perfect.
• E-Ticket Lounge.
• Lunch @ Blue Bayou & Dinner @ Carthay Circle.
• The VIP tour at Universal Studios was perfect.
So, Olga's Cantina at Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge we felt was a waste of time. We were not impressed, just a long wait for an expensive drink.

The most magical trip!

As a first timer at Walt Disney World, I had NO CLUE where to start. I didn’t know what hotel to stay at, what restaurants to go to, or what rides to go on. Elisa took the time to find out what was important to me and my group and crafted the best Disney trip I could have imagined. She set us up at the most convenient hotel near Epcot, so we could walk. She got us into the best restaurants and scheduled them out perfectly. I loved Sanaa so much!! We definitely ate REALLY well on this trip! Elisa also made sure to let us know which rides to go on and when to buy lightning lane, so we were able to make the most of our trip! Lots of Help

Elisa helped plan and coordinate a week and a half vacation to Miami and Orlando Florida. Our group had 9 people who arrived and departed on different days so we were not a super easy group to work with. Elisa helped with hotels, Disney World and Universal Studios park tickets, and meal reservations at the park.
We had no problems during our vacation, except two of our group had their flight delayed a day due to a grounded plane. Even though it was a Saturday, Elisa helped coordinate with us and the hotel to ensure they didn't lose their reservation.

Best Vacation Ever!

Elisa was with me every step of the way! She was always available and took her time with me do that everything was perfect. We loved all of her suggestions and we got reservations at Cinderella's Royal Table! When we checked in and my dining plan was not linked to my magic band, she was reachable by phone immediately and worked very hard to inform the Disney staff of my plans. She was available again early next morning to speak with the front desk staff to assist with getting our dining plan linked with my magic band. It was because of her that the glitch was fixed by late morning, and we could start using our magic bands for our meals-and the rest of the trip was fantastic and perfect! My husband loved the meal plan and will do it again when we go back. We loved meeting Elisa on our vacation and look forward to making more memories with her help. She is excellent and makes Disney magic happen! We are so thankful to have her in our vacation lives...we need more ELISAs in the world!

Elisa is amazing! She assisted us with our trip from booking our hotel rooms to booking all the theme parks. We went to Anaheim (Disneyland and California Adventures), to Los Angeles (Universal Studios) to San Diego (Legoland and Beaches). Her expertise and recommendations were on point and wouldn't have been able to do it all without her! Can't wait to plan our next trip with her!

The way of a Disneyland Super Insider

It was easy working with Elisa. She was just what I was looking for my first trip to Disneyland. She's an insider, a native Californian, and a Park goer from childhood. Her knowledge of the magic kingdom was amazingly valuable. I'm a WDWer been going since '74 but you just can't walk into Disneyland thinking you know it. You will waste so much time if you don't have someone like Elisa to tell you helpful hints from booking to what to do first and where to eat. From her texts, E-mails, and phone calls each had a little bit of Info to make our visit truly magical.
