I tried to organize a cruise for our adult children, their spouses, and our grandchildren (11 in our party) and was quickly overwhelmed with choices for cruise lines, itineraries, flights, transfers, cabin selection, pre-cruise hotel selection and booking. This is my families second time booking through Sarah. We reached out at the last minute to plan a trip to London/Paris for Spring Break. I had no idea what we should do when we visited. Sarah made the process super easy. She gave us suggestions on where to go and booked accommodations in areas that were convenient to local transportation and all the sites! We had a couple of hiccups along the way but despite the time difference - Sarah went above and beyond to help us iron them out. I am so grateful for Sarah's knowledge and all of her help! My husband and I have been married for twenty years and we never took a honeymoon. We wanted to celebrate in style. We have planned tropical vacations in the past on our own and were disappointed. Either we picked the "rainy season" or "trade wind season". Then we heard about algae...we just felt overwhelmed. Working with Sarah was an absolute dream! She put together an amazing itinerary for my family of 5 to go to Alaska this August. Sarah booked us so many awesome adventures and experiences and each place we visited was unique and fun! We worked with Sarah to plan a big milestone birthday celebration in the Carribean. Sarah first provided multiple island options and then hotel options for us to consider. She really focused on what type of "experience" we wanted. Once we finalized on this, she worked through the flights and provided suggested activities. At the end of our trip when there was a last minute flight cancellation, Sarah responded immediately to my call and helped us worked through options. Overall, it was great working with her.!

Sarah was able to provide multiple resort options that met all of our “must haves.” She even set up airport transport and VIP access at the airport that we didn’t even know we needed, but truly made the trip exactly what we wanted! From birthday banners on our doors at check in to just handling every little detail, we can’t recommend Sarah enough for your traveling needs!

I wanted to plan a family trip to Costa Rica with a lot of experiences but had no idea where to begin. I worked with travel agents in the past, but they want to push single all-inclusive resorts. Not what I was looking for. Sarah was professional and knowledgeable. She listened to what I wanted, gave me multiple options and suggestions. She booked exactly what we were looking for. We were supposed to take this trip in July 2023 but had to reschedule. Sarah took the time, while on vacation, to rebook the trip a couple of weeks later. Unfortunately, I got Covid the day before the trip and we had to cancel again (so glad Sarah encouraged me to get travel insurance). We finally took the trip in June 2024 and had the best time. The resorts and tours she booked were incredible, and the companies she booked the tours with had fun and knowledgeable tour guides. Sarah was also super accessible during our trip to answer questions. We are so grateful for the memories she helped us create!

Sarah planned an 80th birthday trip for us. The hotel she chose was beautiful and the service was excellent. It was walking distance to everything we wanted to do. She set up all our excursions, walking tours, and museum visits. We wanted to make one change while we were there and she managed that for us. Sarah advised us to make our dinner reservations early. That was certainly good advice. She did our flight reservations and planned the transportation to the hotel and back again to the airport. Sarah listened carefully to what we thought we wanted to do and gave us wonderful advice. It was all perfect!

Sarah is THE BEST! She helped me plan our Anniversary Trip to Alaska and my husband and I are still talking about it a year later! Sarah was easy to work with as she listened to our needs and offered suggestions on excursions and more. She helped me keep track of deadlines so we didn't miss out on important parts of the trip. She also hooked us up with a group of travelers on our trip where we made instant friends and had an expert guide to answer direct questions along the trip. We absolutely LOVED Alaska and Sarah.
