I have used Shelli as a travel agent since the late 1980s. My first experience, I had her plan my honeymoon. She planned our flights/hotels/cruise ship and it all went without a hitch. Since then, she has planned trips for me to the Dominican 3 times, Hawaii 4 times, Australia, Tahiti, Alaska, Mexico. I have never experienced any issues, and have always been happy with the accommodations/flights she has chosen. She even goes a step above and recommends activities to do/see while at the destination. Shelli is world travelled and is very knowledgeable. I have recommended her to friends and will continue to do so.

The excursions included a little for all of us. She tirelessly answered our questions with kindness and educated us at the same time. Experience was great. Pools, restaurants were awesome. The resort is in need of some TLC…housekeeping didn’t speak any English so when asking for certain things such as extra towels and drinks we were not successful…asked at the front desk and also didn’t get the items we requested but that aside poolside service was fantastic

We had an amazing trip to Portugal. Shelli took care of all the details without missing a beat. She was able to give us additional insights we would not have found on our own - She even included some extras when sending us our paperwork. We soon realized how much work it was to plan a vacation on our own and began to search for some assistance. I've never been able to travel much and have always dreamt of seeing Hawaii. Shelli planned the most spectacular 2 weeks on Maui for my wife and myself. She was a pleasure to deal with and worked tirelessly to keep the vacation within our budget needs. We were extremely happy with the hotel accommodations and rental car she chose. Shelli also gave us a huge list of "must see/do activities" on the island, which did not disappoint. I still talk about this trip to this day. If I didn't dislike flying so much, and the flight wasn't so long, I'd have Shelli planning us this trip every year.

I've used Shelli for over 30 years for all my travel agent needs...Hawaii multiple times, Tahiti, Mexico, Punta Cana multiple times, cruises just to name a few. She has always exceeded my expectations, planned exceptional vacations from beginning to end, and never left an "i" undotted. My last vacation was with my husband on a cruise to Alaska. Shelli surprised us with a gift package full of all "the goodies" we could use while on the ship. She also included a wonderfully made folder full of every document we would need throughout our journey. What impressed us the most was our cruise included, for a price, a bus trip from our debarkation to the airport. They were going to drop us off 14 hours before our flight. Shelli found us an alternative full-day private tour for the same amount of money. It was a wonderful day and much more enjoyable than sitting at the airport....over and above service!!!

Shelli assisted us to make the most of our second trip to the British Isles. Not only did Shelli plan and organize our first trip with great skill, she was our even better in helping to put together this second journey. The lodging choices were first class, which made the end of each day a pleasure. We were able to relax knowing that food and lodging were 5 star and in the center of all our needs and wishes. Locations, routes, and sites Shelli was a wealth of knowledge and guidance in our planning stages. This was our second trip with Shelli and looking forward to the next trip with her help and knowledge.

Planning a vacation with Shelli is an absolute pleasure. This was not my first time planning with her and it will not be my last. This is our 6 th. trip planned and booked through Shelli and she takes the worry and stress out of planning and booking a trip. With her attention to detail we know that our names and travel info is booked correctly so that there will be no surprises checking in at the airport, and your trip will go smoothly from start to finish. This trip our luggage was delayed 1 1/2 days due weather causing missed connections and changed flights. We forgot the time difference and she answered the at 3:30 am Maine time and she started the process to get our luggage located and delivered to us! That is a Great agent... She is the only agent that we trust and we feel that those that don't take advantage of her booking skills are making booking a trip a lot more difficult and stressful.

Our family was looking to take a vacation to the Caribbean without costing more than our budget allows. . We have two teenagers and wanted an all inclusive resort. Shelli found an amazing deal at the Hard Rock Hotel in Punta Cana. It was all inclusive, had a casino, live music, amazing food, great pool scene and the kids were free! Shelli found our family the perfect vacation.

Shelli has been amazing to work with. However this review will sound a bit ironic. After helping us design our dream Hawaii anniversary trip, we were faced with the unfortunate dilemma of a family health emergency and had to invoke our travel insurance. Shelli was amazing in helping us negotiate the entirety of the cancellation, both with the travel company and with Hawaiian Airlines.
