We've been planning our own trips for years but haven't done a cruise before and wanted some help with planning. She asked us a lot of questions about what we wanted to experience, our prior travels, what we like and don't like, and our budget. We were on the phone for 20 minutes or so. A couple days later we had a travel plan with options for cruises, hotels, and flights that all matched what we were looking for and our budget. We gave her our selections and she took care of the rest, even helping us navigate the airport and detailing where and how to ride the Tube to our hotel. We felt really prepared for this trip and what to expect on our first cruise, and she saved us a lot of time figuring out all the things we didn't know we didn't know.

Keri-Ann has planned several trips for our family to Alaska, Mexico, and various places across the US and Canada. We followed her from her old agency when she branched out on her own and will continue to call her for every vacation. Our most recent trip, over the holidays, was impacted by the winter storm that cancelled thousands of flights the week before Christmas. Her advice to fly to the cruise port a day early and the hours she spent working with the airlines to rearrange our flights made it so our whole family arrived from our various starting points in time for the cruise. That wouldn't have happened without her help.
