Colette was very responsive to all my emails, incredibly knowledgeable about our destinations and knew about the different excursions. She was able to put together this 3 week trip, with ground transportation, air, excursions, hotels, etc etc with ease. I’m just so impressed with Colette’s ability to zoom in on what we wanted and get everything booked. Before leaving, we received a nice package with our tickets and travel insurance info, our bag tags, etc in a zippered carry case that had room for our passports and extra money. Really, the entire trip was an enormous success. I will never do my own planning and booking again. Colette has my business for as long as she wants it.

An amazing European vacation

We begin our journey in Paris for a wedding. It was such a beautiful occasion. The accomodations were phenomenal. As a matter of fact, all of the hotel accomodations were excellent. Colette provides an unique experience and places you in the center of the city action (or wherever you request). As we traveled through Paris, Amsterdam, and London, we were able to experience the scenery and the cultural vibe. When a few challenges arose, Colette was available and prompt with her guidance and resolve. I would recommend Colette to family, friends and anyone who wants their travel arranged by the BEST!

Colette made complicated travel easy! She understood the level of trip we wanted to have, hotels were a perfect fit and exactly what we asked for and it seemed I received an immediate response to any questions even though we were half a world away! I was also impressed with the app with all of our travel details and the package of documents she sent prior to our departure that had print outs and directions to all of our excursions. It took all of the organizational work off of me, so I could just enjoy the trip! I absolutely would recommend Colette to anyone considering a trip, simple or complex. Such an Awesome Honeymoon!

Colette was extremely helpful from beginning to end. Starting with finding the exact resort we wanted from a few pictures we had sent her, as well as other criteria like preferred flight time, etc. We didn't even know what resort the pictures were from, we just knew we loved the rooms. She also kept working hard through extenuating circumstances like rebooking our room and flights because the resort got shut down due to COVID. Then while we were at the resort during our trip she even continued to answer our questions about details of our return flight. Our flight and room info were in a nice travel app she set up for us as well as a packet she sent in the mail. Planning this trip would have been a nightmare without her especially re-doing everything through COVID and we never had a single email go unanswered.
