Flight cancellation and refund seamlessly managed

Huge relief!!! I was so happy I decided to work with Leslie.
I had booked a flight to Barcelona with my sister through Leslie.
Air Canada cancelled the flights on April 30th, the day we were to leave, and COVID-19 was spreading throughout Spain.
My sister and I decided that instead of rebooking, it was wise to cancel the flights before COVID-19 continued to spread.
Leslie made sure that we received full refund for the flight, and for the insurance. She took charge of the situation, and managed the cancellation and refund very quickly and professionally.
I can't imagine now how stressful this situation would have been without Leslie in the picture.
Consider using Leslie if only because of the great service and security (piece of mind) you will have.

All the details were organized so well. Having a driver available and excellent guides made this trip so memorable. The hotels were all centrally located, comfortable and within walking distance of places we wanted to see.

I have used Lesley's services for many years. in few occasions when sudden winter storm hit, and I was stuck in New York city with airports shut down and cancelled flights, Lesley has managed to get me out in a few days, on my own I would be there for a week. Lesley works hard and always has amazing suggestions to make my trips the best they could be. my last trip was a trip of a lifetime to Experience a Christmas Markets in Europe - trip was planned a year before it happened. Even Better Than We Imagined

We did some research before contacting Lesley to get an idea of what it was we wanted to see in Scotland. Attractions, geographical features, wildlife, which islands, etc. We selected a date to travel and a bus tour that provided most of what we were interested in and gave that information to Lesley. Lesley took it from there and with a couple of minor decisions from my travel partner and I, she booked the rest of the trip and provided an itinerary. The trip was customized for our interests within a budget that we could manage. She also got a great price on travel insurance and took care of that too.

Lesley Cooley is one of the best travel agents !!! She is very knowledgeable goes above and beyond what she is paid to do to ensure all goes smoothly (for my trip). She helped with some small glitches (in these pandemic times her work load has increased ) that without her help could have been problematic for me.
