A great second trip to Disney/Orlando!

This was our second time visiting Disney World & our first time visiting some of the Universal Parks. Donna’s guidance in picking a hotel close to the Skyliner made our trip much more enjoyable. She was there to answer all our questions whether we were 3 months, 3 weeks, or 3 days out from our trip. Donna provided lots of documents to help us plan and get the most out of our time in Disney. Romantic Getaway

I contacted Donna DeGiacomo mid December to plan a romantic getaway after Christmas. I thought it was short notice but she came through with a Norwegian cruise to Nassau. She took care of hotel reservation in Miami before cruise, and transfers from hotel to cruise and transfer from cruise to airport. She sent information on excursions and informed us of onboard activities. Everything fell into place like a well oiled machine and it was indeed a very romantic 4 days on the cruise. I use Donna for my travels as often as possible. Much thanks to you Donna for a successful romantic getaway.

A great Disney World trip from start to finish!

Donna was great to work with from beginning to end. She was readily available any time to answer questions, and was able to help troubleshoot a hotel room issue when we arrived at check in. She provided honest answers to questions asked about our Disney vacation, and the detailed itinerary she provided was very helpful when we planned our day to day activities. She sent recommendations for our transfers to and from the airport, both which worked out great for a travel party of our size. She even sent some delicious treats to our family to celebrate our son's birthday which was above and beyond! I would recommend Donna to anyone who asks.
